Brandon Sklenar Sets the Record Straight on Justin Baldoni Support Amid Blake Lively Feud!
Following the hint that Brandon Sklenar might be siding with Justin Baldoni amidst their contentious dispute with Blake Lively, it appears that Justin Baldoni himself has put an end to the confusion by providing clarification on the matter.
Last week, I proudly donned a brooch reminiscent of one Baldoni wore at the It Ends With Us premiere, and it seemed to create quite a buzz at the Vanity Fair Oscars party. Fans speculated that my choice of accessory was a show of solidarity towards Justin, who’s currently navigating a complex legal dispute with Lively.
However, Sklenar maintains it wasn’t a match, and the similar brooches were just an uncanny coincidence.
Sklenar argues that the brooches weren’t a twin set, but rather an unusual coincidence.
At the SXSW premiere of my movie Drop on Sunday, when someone inquired about any secret symbolism behind the pin I wore, I had to admit, “To be truthful, no, I can’t claim that there is.” However, if only it were so!
The 1923 actor went on to say, ‘It was completely unexpected,’ referring to the event. ‘One morning, I stumbled upon an article and exclaimed, “Oh, my!” I had absolutely no clue it was going to happen.’
Sklenar said he merely wanted a wear a floral brooch to the bash.

He ultimately chose the pink rose pink due to it’s color.
‘Lo and behold, someone also wore that prior to me wearing it,’ he added.
Makeup artist Madeleine Kennedy obtained the “Blush Parrot Bloom” brooch by Anabela Chan, priced at $1,806, for Brandon. This elegant accessory is crafted from 18k gold vermeil and features a stunning 6.5-carat lab-created citrine gemstone.
Fans may remember that Justin was reportedly sent to the basement at AMC Lincoln Square Theater by a 37-year-old former Gossip Girl cast member, who didn’t want to be near him. This is because he was sporting an extravagant hat (fascinator) during this time.
Following Brandon’s Instagram post showing images from the Oscars party, complete with the hashtag ‘#VanityFairForever for his brooch’, spectators couldn’t help but notice the elegant flower adornment.
User @chewbekahboo commented: ‘Aren’t we wearing the same pin as JB at the premiere? Could this be a symbol of unity?’
Instagram user @lindsaydawnebateman wrote: ‘One apology can change everything.’
@thesusanpresley commented, ‘It’s important for everyone to show Brandon some understanding. Consider if you were hearing from your co-star that they had been harassed by the director.’
A noble individual would stand firm just as he did, without creating confusion. With new information emerging, he has chosen a more impartial position. He found himself in a predicament with no favorable outcome. I believe he’s treading cautiously through this mess and I’m optimistic that the brooch might symbolize unity.
User @audrey.kuhn8 motivates: “There’s still time to voice your opinions and resist power and wealth.
With boldness, @sultryinpink expressed disapproval as she discovered someone had copied her floral pin design, a move that was surprising given their past efforts to undermine him.
‘Do you not have any self respect? (Creative) energy vampires really need to be exposed.’
Instagram user @lmd_stf agreed, simply posting three poop emojis and three snake emojis.
‘Wear your florals!’ Instagram user @swings4thefence commented.
‘Too bad he didn’t care about the message until now.’
User @whathuhque stated: ‘This is a symbolic gesture of standing in solidarity. He realizes he’s lost followers, so he’s now pretending to support JB without explicitly saying so. The audience seems to be accepting this move, but it’s clear that his intentions are not sincere. He’s doing it merely to salvage his rapidly declining career.’

At the very same Oscars gathering, I found myself face-to-face with Brandon, who when pinned down by THR, referred to the legal clash between Lively and Baldoni as a challenging predicament. However, he chose not to voice his opinion on the matter: ‘All I can say is that I hope everyone keeps in mind the essence of our film and the reasons behind its creation. It’s about love, it’s about championing women, and it’s about offering assistance during trying times.’
Approximately two months ago, Sklenar notably responded to the actress from Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants by posting a heart emoji and sharing a link to an article she wrote for the New York Times on December 22nd, with the comment: ‘Oh dear, please read this.’
Two days ago, I made a report to the California Civil Rights Department, accusing Jane the Virgin’s former cast member of sexual harassment and retribution that occurred during the filming of It Ends with Us in New York City.
Justin promptly initiated a defamation lawsuit seeking $250 million from the New York Times, alleging unfair coverage of Lively’s ‘malicious slander efforts’. On December 31st, he and his PR team were also sued by her for their supposed scheme to tarnish her reputation in retaliation.
On the 16th of January, Baldoni initiated a new law suit worth $400 million, accusing the LA-native blonde, her influential spouse Ryan Reynolds, and their PR representative Leslie Sloan, for actions related to civil extortion, defamation, and privacy violation.
The Manhattan US District trial is currently scheduled for March 2026.
At present, the performer known as the Green and Gold actor is playing the role of Spencer Dutton, who is depicted as the on-screen nephew of Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, in the second season of Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone spinoff titled 1923. This series can be streamed every Sunday on Paramount+.

In addition, Brandon is set to portray Henry in director Christopher Landon’s upcoming mystery-thriller titled “Drop,” which is scheduled for a simultaneous release in theaters across the United States and the United Kingdom on April 11 by Universal Pictures.
In addition to his current projects, Sklenar is also working on a couple of future films. One of these is Lionsgate’s The Housemaid, which is being directed by Paul Feig – interestingly enough, the same director who will be working on Blake’s next movie, Another Simple Favor.
