Rhian Sugden delighted in her initial evening out following her breast reduction, as she went without a bra in Manchester this week, proudly displaying her newly enhanced chest.
Previously, the glamour model openly shared her surgical transformation with followers about a month ago. This change involved reducing her breast size from a 32HH to a 32E.
On her initial evening out following her recovery from surgery, Rhian gleamed with vitality as she strolled around Manchester.
She didn’t wear a bra under her brown, flared-trouser suit with matching waistcoat, creating a casual, summer-inspired appearance.
With a cheerful expression for the cameras, she proudly showcased her ample assets, although the outcomes of her surgery – featuring an uplift as well – were still noticeable.
The attractive woman with dark hair, too, paused to snap photos with enthusiastic fans who spontaneously formed a crowd wanting to meet her.
In a social media video shared prior to surgery, Rhian openly discussed that her nipples had dropped approximately 11 centimeters due to gravity’s effects after giving birth to her son, George, who is now one year old.

Rhian went on saying, “Currently, my bra size is a 34GG, but I can also wear a size H. It’s really challenging to find a good quality bra these days.
I find it challenging to fit into bikinis due to my petite frame and large bust. The discomfort often leaves me with frequent backaches, so I end up needing regular massages to alleviate the strain and tension in my back.
As a passionate swim enthusiast, I’ve been logging an incredible number of laps in the pool, but lately, I’ve found it challenging due to my generously proportioned bust. It seems that when I swim, my back naturally arches as the water is forcefully propelled out from my chest. Consequently, I find swimming particularly tough these days, and the thought of trying to fit into a swimsuit is almost overwhelming. However, this upcoming reduction procedure promises to bring a new lease of life for me, making every stroke in the water feel effortless again!
Although Rhian seems more content than ever with her transformed physique, she admitted that she’s received a flood of negative comments from internet trolls about her choice.
In a fleeting Insta Story, I fiercely defended myself against my naysayers, explaining that scars hold no worry for me, leaving me bewildered as to why they feel compelled to comment on my choices.
She playfully remarked that the comments were from men who would never have any physical contact with her chest, making it unimportant for her.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share an update on my journey. Recently, following a surgery, I took to Instagram to express my excitement about a remarkable improvement in one of my passions – swimming! The reason for this newfound agility lies in my revised physique, which has become more sleek and efficient, much like a well-honed swimming stroke. It’s been a wonderful experience to glide through the water with renewed grace and ease.
In a bright yellow tank top, Rhian declared that she had never felt more content or more confident than at that moment while taking a selfie.
Earlier, Rhian mentioned that her husband, Oliver Mellor, was disappointed by her breast reduction. However, he’s now likening her to Pamela Anderson.
After the surgery, she happily told The Sun, “Oliver initially felt anxious as he prefers larger breasts and was concerned about the resulting scars. However, his apprehension soon subsided.
However, he’s amazed at how great they look. He’s extremely satisfied with them. He even thinks I resemble Pamela Anderson once more due to their uplift.
‘They look good and they’re still a good size. A decent handful for him.’
