Brain Dead and Star Wars have teamed up to release a new clothing and accessories collection inspired by the Star Wars universe. The Los Angeles-based Brain Dead label recently launched the collection, which features designs referencing the iconic sci-fi franchise. To celebrate, Brain Dead Studios LA is hosting a free screening of the original Star Wars trilogy.

Moving away from typical movie posters, the Brain Dead x Star Wars collection draws inspiration from classic Star Wars comic books. A key piece in the collection is a unique rayon button-up shirt featuring original artwork by Drew Struzan, originally created for the Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire series.

I’m really excited about this new Brain Dead collection! They’re doing some amazing graphic tees based on the old Star Wars: Dark Empire comics, and the artwork by Dave Dorman is fantastic. They’ve pulled specific scenes and characters – there’s a white tee with Leia on it, and a cool black one showing the Bacta Tank. But it doesn’t stop there! They’re also dropping some accessories with art from Shadows of the Empire, like a really useful tote bag and even a playmat. It’s a great way to show off your love for those classic Expanded Universe stories.

The Brain Dead x Star Wars collection is now available online and in-store.
