Last month Shiloh took out a newspaper ad marking the name change – which  is a standard step before the court would approve a name change.

The notice also stated anyone who had objections to the petition should show up in court.

Last month, a reliable source revealed to Dailymail.com that Shiloh has retained her own legal representation, which is independently funded by her, thus Angelina Jolie is unaware of the details and cannot comment on the matter.
