Boy Meets World Stars Accused Dancing With The Stars Carrie Ann Inaba Of Having ‘Favorites’ Over Danielle Fishel, And As A Viewer I Think I Know Who They Suspect

Be warned: this article contains spoilers for the recent “Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame Night” episode of Dancing with the Stars Season 34. If you haven’t watched it yet, you can stream it on Disney+, but proceed with caution!

As Season 34 of Dancing with the Stars progresses, each elimination is becoming increasingly difficult to watch. It was particularly tough for fans of Boy Meets World when Danielle Fishel was eliminated, especially since judge Carrie Ann Inaba had recently been called out for being overly critical of her.

Throughout the current season of the show, judge Inaba has received criticism from viewers who felt her scoring was overly critical, particularly towards contestants like Fishel, who was eliminated last night. This criticism mirrors concerns voiced by Fishel’s former colleagues. As a viewer, I believe I understand which judges the contestants are referencing with their comments.

Boy Meets World Stars Called Out Carrie Ann Inaba And Accused Her Of Playing Favorites

Rider Strong and Will Friedle are clearly supportive of Danielle Fishel, and they recently shared why on their podcast, Pod Meets World. They both thought the judges were overly critical of her, and Will Friedle specifically claimed that Carrie Ann Inaba showed favoritism.

Carrie Ann definitely has dancers she prefers, and she’ll consistently give high scores to a few, even if their performance isn’t perfect. Meanwhile, Danielle will point out even minor technical flaws, like shoulder positioning, even when someone is doing something incredibly difficult, which feels a bit harsh.

Will Friedle isn’t the only one who feels this way. Some viewers of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ also criticized Carrie Ann Inaba for giving Dylan Efron, who had recently been named ‘Sexiest Tattooed Man Alive,’ a lower score the previous week.

Carrie Ann Inaba seemed to hear the criticism directed at Danielle Fishel and apologized to her after the dance. Despite judges noting issues with the performance, Inaba surprisingly gave her a “9.” Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli both scored it an “8,” meaning Inaba’s score was the same as guest judge Flava Flav.

Who I Think Carrie Ann Inaba’s Alleged Favorites Are

Many viewers are talking about whether Carrie Ann Inaba plays favorites on this season of Dancing With The Stars. Although her scores don’t necessarily show bias, she does seem to offer more praise to certain contestants than others.

More On Dancing With The Stars

Okay, so Dylan Efron just posted a video showing his dance training for ‘Dancing With The Stars’, and wow! He documented everything from day one to day seven, and honestly, it’s intense. It really gives you an idea of how much work goes into learning those routines – it’s a serious commitment! As a fan of the show, seeing this really makes me appreciate the pros even more.

I was really impressed with Elaine Hendrix getting back to dancing after her injury, and everyone was talking about it. But honestly, Carrie Inaba had been a huge supporter of hers for a while, always highlighting what Elaine did well. It was amazing to see her turn things around, and I think a combination of the judges’ positive feedback and fans wanting to see her succeed definitely helped.

Carrie Ann Inaba often scored Whitney Leavitt higher than the other judges on the show. Around the same time, Danielle Fishel was in the news due to a reported disagreement with Leavitt, but she explained that the situation wasn’t as it appeared. It’s possible the hosts of Pod Meets World had Leavitt in mind when discussing their favorite contestants, but that’s just our guess.
