Borderlands 4 Gets its First Proper Trailer Revealing New Vault Hunters and Enemies
As a seasoned Vault Hunter with countless hours under my belt in the chaotic world of Pandora and its neighbors, the announcement of Borderlands 4 has sent shivers of excitement down my spine! The first proper trailer revealed a new world, Kairos, filled with familiar faces, vicious beasts, and enemies yet unseen, all under the rule of the enigmatic Timekeeper.
2K Games and Gearbox Software have unveiled the initial trailer for what appears to be Borderlands 4. This sneak peek delves deeper into the fresh environment of Kairos, showcasing ferocious creatures, recognizable characters, and novel adversaries. The villain of the game, known as The Timekeeper, seems to hold dominion over this world.
In a group of fresh Vault Hunters, you’ll encounter a new breed of enemies called the Rippers, commanded by Queen Callis. These Rippers are preparing for battle against The Order, an army summoned by The Timekeeper, composed of mechanical soldiers. Tensions between the two sides are escalating rapidly towards a massive conflict.
In the upcoming Borderlands 4, players can expect an abundance of loot than any previous installment, along with open-ended combat and exploration, colossal boss encounters, and much more. The game maintains its signature four-player cooperative shooter gameplay. It’s set to release in early 2025.
