Alexandra Jakob is attempting to sell her waterfront home in Sydney again, after a previous attempt earlier this year.
Rosemary Vandenberg, the 42-year-old founder of BondiBoost, is selling her luxurious home in Point Piper and hopes to earn over $60 million. The property was initially listed for sale in 2024 with an asking price of $100 million.
This stunning five-bedroom, five-bathroom house is in the prestigious Point Piper neighborhood and offers incredible views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
After failing to sell in September 2024, the property has been relisted without a price. Domain reports that the seller, Jakob, has already rejected one offer.
Jakob apparently believes the $60 million offer for the property was insufficient. She is now actively seeking better bids, with a deadline of November 26th.
Purchased for $40million, Alexandra snapped up the unique home in 2019.

She later purchased two neighbouring properties with her former husband Gabriel Jakob.
Their ambitious plans for a luxurious home were abandoned following their public split in 2023, which led to divorce in 2024.
Alexandra’s chic home is conveniently located just 6km from the city center, and offers direct access to a private beach. It’s right on the waterfront!
The property features a beautifully maintained garden with a pool overlooking the harbor, and its design makes the most of its stunning setting.
The home’s interiors boast large windows that stretch from floor to ceiling, and each of its three floors has a balcony with views of the harbour.
There’s also a spa, steam room, wet bar and wine cellar.
Despite facing hardship and leaving school at age fifteen, Alexandra successfully built a chain of childcare centers and the well-known BondiBoost haircare brand.
Alexandra was married to Swedish-born entrepreneur, Gabriel Jakob.

The couple announced they were separating in May 2023, and their divorce, finalized in May 2024 after a difficult process, has been marked by continued and intense animosity.
Property records show the couple owns two waterfront properties next to each other on Wolseley Road in Point Piper, worth a combined estimated $160 million or more.
Until recently, they were next-door neighbours.
Mr. Jakob is a bit of a mystery. When the Australian Financial Review wrote a profile about him last August, he wouldn’t allow them to publish any photos of his face.
