Bob’s Burgers star Eugene Mirman’s fiery car wreck revealed in chilling photos after heroic rescue

Details have emerged about the serious car accident that Bob’s Burgers actor Eugene Mirman was pulled from earlier this week.

Recent photos published by the Daily Mail reveal the wreckage of Mirman’s car, completely destroyed by fire in Bedford, New Hampshire. The images show flames rising from what remains of the vehicle.

Firefighters were fighting a large fire at the Bedford Toll Plaza, and photos showed flames dangerously close to one of the booths.

Fifty-one-year-old Mirman was driving a 2026 Lucid Gravity when it crashed at a toll plaza. The vehicle caught fire, trapping him inside in a devastating accident.

Fortunately, a veteran state trooper, along with New Hampshire Governor Kelly Ayotte and several people nearby, quickly rescued Mirman from the car through a window, according to WCVB.

According to a statement released by State Police, Mirman was seriously injured when their car hit a toll booth on the F.E. Everett Turnpike on Tuesday.

When the photos were taken, almost nothing remained of Mirman’s car except for the front grill. The rest of it had been completely destroyed by fire.

Pictures of the fire show someone initially tried to put it out with several fire extinguishers, leaving the empty canisters scattered on the sidewalk next to the car.

Firefighters had to completely cover the burning vehicle with foam to put out the fire.

Firefighters were photographed standing in a shallow layer of white fire-suppressing foam right after they extinguished the fire.

Mark Mirman is a well-respected comedian, though many people recognize him as one of the stars of the popular animated TV show, Bob’s Burgers.

For fifteen years, he’s been the voice of Gene, Bob’s often-childish son, in all 310 episodes of the show.
