Blue Protocol: Star Resonance, a new anime-style MMORPG from A PLUS JAPAN, is celebrating its launch with a special Twitch Drops event. Running from October 9th to October 16th, 2025, you can earn valuable in-game items simply by watching streams on Twitch!

The game was announced in May with a planned release this year, and a closed beta test for PC players was held in August. However, the full game launched globally on October 9th, 2025. To get Twitch Drops, you need to watch streamers who are playing the game you’re interested in. First, make sure you have a Twitch account—you can sign up at the Twitch website if you don’t. Then, connect your Twitch account to the game to start earning rewards.

To connect your Twitch account, you’ll first need to create a game account and a character within the game. After that, log in to the website using your game account, and it will then recognize your Role ID.

Follow these steps to link your game account with Twitch:

  • Go to the official Twitch bind website.
  • Click on the Link Now option.
  • Log in using the BPSR account. Then click Log In for the Twitch section.

Blue Protocol: Star Resonance Twitch Drops Event: Rewards

During the week-long event, players can get rewards by finishing various tasks. Here’s what they can earn:

  • 15 minutes of viewing: 1x Advance Book Select
  • 30 minutes of viewing: 1x Cheer Up Treat
  • 1 hour of viewing: 3x Mixing Agent
  • 3 hours of viewing: 120x Rose ORB Bound
  • 5 hours of viewing: Mooncleaver Backwear

To earn the top prize, you need to watch at least 15 minutes of content, with a maximum of 5 hours. Don’t worry about watching it all at once – your progress is saved, so you can watch streams over time until you reach the required watch time.

How to claim the Twitch Drops Event Rewards in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance

Let’s assume you already have a Twitch account and meet the basic requirements for the Blue Protocol: Star Resonance Twitch Drops event. If so, here’s how to claim your rewards:

  • Go to the Twitch website or app if you’re visiting from a mobile device.
  • After linking your accounts, tune in to a Blue Protocol: Star Resonance livestream with Drops enabled to earn rewards.
  • To check if the Twitch Drops are enabled, go to the Twitch Inventory Section and check the enabled status.
  • Once you reach the minimum requirement, a pop-up notification in the Twitch Chat appears in your Twitch.tv notifications.
  • You can also view the rewards directly in the Drops and Rewards Inventory.
  • Game rewards will be distributed via the in-game mailbox within 48 hours. Check the mail and claim them.
