As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but share my concerns about Rebekah’s financial situation, given that two of her ventures are currently struggling under heavy debt amidst her ongoing tussle with Coleen.
According to recently disclosed information from Companies House, the businesses belonging to Rebekah and her footballer spouse, Jamie, collectively owe a little more than 230,000 pounds.
At V9 Academy Limited, assets totaled £31,448, yet liabilities to creditors amounted to a staggering £161,337. This business is co-managed by the partnership of Rebekah and Jamie Vardy, along with John Peter Morris.
Back in the books, BKYV Media Ltd showed a balance sheet with assets valued at approximately £26,948, while liabilities to creditors amounted to around £77,157. It’s important to note that this company is under the management of Rebekah Vardy.
On the other hand, it appears that the third business venture belonging to Rebekah (aged 42) and Jamie Vardy, who is a 37-year-old striker for Leicester City, is in much better shape compared to their previous ventures.
In simple terms, the limited company known as V9 Media, primarily owned by Jamie, also has Rebekah on board as one of its directors. This business earned a net income of approximately £260,000, from which they paid £50,000 in corporation tax.
It has retained earnings of £794,286 down from £805,088 the previous year.
The total value consisted of real estate and machinery valued at approximately £493,139, a cash reserve amounting to £293,786, and outstanding debts totaling £149,386.

In May, it was said that Senior Judge Andrew Gordon-Saker advised the legal teams of both Coleen and Rebekah to find a resolution, emphasizing that the case might prolong if not settled: ‘It could drag on indefinitely’.
