Best Prototypes in BlazBlue Entropy Effect
1. Ragna the Bloodedge
In the series, the lead character, Ragna, is a formidable close-combat warrior. His unique ability allows him to inflict significant damage at the cost of his own health, simultaneously restoring his health upon striking opponents. As his health decreases, his power increases, making Ragna a potent Prototype.

His gameplay strategy primarily focuses on controlling HP using the Blood Drain mechanic. Each action you take deducts a percentage from your current health, but restores a portion if successful, with the healing amount increasing depending on the number of enemies hit. Classic skills such as Dead Spike and Blood Kain fit well with his play style.
With “Dead Spike”, you can unleash a healing projectile at the cost of a portion of your health. Conversely, “Blood Kain” gradually depletes your Health Points over a few seconds to amplify all damage by 12%, and grants lifesteal with each attack. Furthermore, his “Wrath of Death” talent becomes formidable, escalating the power of his skills up to an impressive 71%.
2. Jin Kisaragi
As a devoted admirer, I’d say I’m all about mastering the flow of battlefield action with Jin Kisaragi. His unique prowess lies in his ability to manipulate combat tempo through chilling and delaying impacts on adversaries. With each strategic strike, he can momentarily halt or decelerate foes, granting me the upper hand in pacing our confrontations. The Time Stasis Talent empowers me to slow down enemies and their projectiles by cleverly dodging, all while ensuring my invincibility remains intact.

As a fan, I’d say, “I’ve found great success in leveraging his sheathing and blocking mechanics. For instance, unleashing an attack immediately after sheathing your blade significantly boosts its potency. Similarly, a well-timed block can nullify incoming damage and present opportunities for counterattacks. However, his freezing abilities are quite cool, but mastering him requires some practice.
Jin’s Skills are a blend of controlling and damaging capabilities. Using the Reitou Frost Bite, you can summon three icy pillars that immobilize enemies for up to three seconds, making it one of the most potent crowd-control skills. The Hyouten Danka Giant allows you to unleash a powerful slash with wide coverage that homes in on your targets.
3. Hakumen
Hakumen, a formidable swordsman, is particularly skilled at defending and retaliating swiftly. Although his mobility is somewhat limited, he can swiftly and accurately dispose of enemies with his rapid, powerful strikes. His signature move, Kokuujin Yukikaze, allows him to deflect any attack and counterattack with a devastating horizontal swipe.

In this scenario, the Talent Battle-Hardened provides you with a temporary Invincibility Shield, safeguarding you for a few moments after receiving or deflecting an attack. This protective measure keeps you from being knocked off balance, allowing you to complete your foes efficiently, even when dealing with intense pressure. As you enhance its Potential abilities, you’ll notice improvements in speed and agility, significantly boosting your overall power.
Afterwards, there’s his unique abilities known as “Legacy Skills” that enhance both his defensive and offensive gameplay. The skill called “Kokuujin Jinrai” allows for heavy area damage following a successful block, during which you remain invulnerable. In contrast, “Kongou” grants temporary damage reduction and super armor, but “Kokuujin Jinrai” is significantly more beneficial in this case.
