Blanca Blanco embraced the holiday season by posing in a festive red leotard, giving off a playfully sexy Mrs. Claus vibe.
The actress, known for her role in Finding Nicole, wore a striking red dress. It featured delicate straps, fluffy white fur trim around the neck and on the legs, a black belt to cinch the waist, and a bold black and white zig-zag pattern fastening up the front.
Author and personality Breaking The Mold showed off her reddish-blonde hair and natural makeup in a photoshoot for Daily Mail, captured by photographer Filip Shobot.
Pink and gold balloons with long, curling ribbons surrounded her, creating a cheerful Christmas atmosphere.
As a big fan, I was so excited to hear the actress from Washington state talk about who she gets along with in Hollywood! After meeting so many stars over the last ten years, she finally revealed which ones she considers truly nice people – it was fascinating to hear her perspective!
It seems Brad Pitt and Zoe Saldana are currently the most popular choices. Blanco also recently paid tribute to her dear friend, Sally Kirkland, who sadly passed away in November at 84 years old.

She said she first met Brad years ago, shortly after his separation from Angelina Jolie. Even though it was a short meeting, she remembered him being a very kind and considerate person.
You know, I was pleasantly surprised by how grounded and unassuming he was. He’s genuinely humble and respectful – a really down-to-earth guy, and a little reserved in a way that’s actually quite endearing. It wasn’t what I anticipated, but it definitely made a good impression!
And Blanco also took to Zoe Saldana.
The star explained they first connected while she was promoting her musical, ‘Emilia Perez,’ from Mexico. They quickly became close, enjoying conversations about acting and appreciating each other’s passion and kindness.
Zoe is a truly down-to-earth and kind person. I was immediately struck by how much she values family when I met her and her loved ones – it was a really heartwarming experience, rare in this industry. She’s also a fantastic listener, taking the time to really connect and be present in conversations. She’s definitely not one to put on airs.
And she talked about a dear friend who recently passed away.
Blanco shared that Sally Kirkland was a friend of his for more than 17 years, and she often talked about her career. He recalled her saying he was like a mentee to her, and he was always struck by how much she loved her work.
She loved her work and never wanted to stop, finding joy in building characters. She had an incredible memory, able to learn lines instantly, which always amazed me. She possessed a remarkable autobiographical memory, and she knew it, taking pride in her ability to recall details. Beyond that, she was a truly wonderful person – loyal, kind, determined, considerate, and grounded. She was honest and deeply empathetic.

‘She genuinely wanted everyone to be pain-free and happy, coming from each person’s honest self.
She always believed that honesty was the key to success. She encouraged people to confront their past traumas and use those difficult experiences to fuel their art, believing that expressing pain could be a path to healing. She built a strong network of close friends who supported each other, and she was fiercely loyal in return. She was deeply loved and admired by those who knew her.
Eva Longoria is famous for her amazing physique, but maintaining it requires dedication and frequent experimentation with different diets. Last year, she told the Daily Mail she appreciates a particular diet because it emphasizes healthy, whole foods and eliminates sugar – a change she feels she can stick with.
The actress, known for her role in ‘Eye For Eye,’ explained that she typically begins her day with either oatmeal and berries or eggs with avocado and a side of black beans. She usually has a salad with chickpeas and tuna for lunch, and dinner consists of chicken or salmon with chickpeas and lots of vegetables.

‘Snacks are raw vegetables, nuts mixed with raisins or fat-free yogurt.’
The DASH diet is designed to lower blood pressure by limiting sodium and encouraging a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and low-fat dairy products.
As someone who really prioritizes my well-being, I’m glad to see the DASH diet is still a top recommendation in 2025! It’s especially great for keeping my heart healthy and helping to manage high blood pressure, which is a huge relief.
U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 rankings named this diet the best for heart health and for people with high blood pressure.
This eating plan focuses on healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat dairy, while reducing your intake of salt, unhealthy fats, and added sugars.
The DASH diet emphasizes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, and nuts as protein sources.
It includes healthy oils like canola, corn, olive, and safflower oils.

Staying healthy can help with things like keeping your blood pressure and cholesterol in check, managing blood sugar, and even losing weight, based on research.
The DASH diet also has several cookbooks to guide individuals.
Blanco shared with the Daily Mail that she does a quick, 20-minute workout each day to maintain a strong core and a defined waist.
‘I do this exercise without fail every day because it keeps my tummy flat,’ Blanca told Daily Mail.
I typically tackle it first thing in the morning to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Getting it done immediately lets me cross it off my to-do list and feel a sense of accomplishment.

Blanca does a floor workout, starting with one hundred small crunches. She follows this with a five-minute plank and then completes fifty lunges.
She explained that the workout is simple and she likes to vary it. She often starts with planks, finding them the easiest part, moves onto lunges, and saves the crunches for last because they’re the most difficult.
I work on my core strength because I like the way it makes me look and feel, especially when I’m wearing a bikini.
I’m so excited about Blanco’s new movie! It’s called ‘Finding Nicole’ and you can watch it now on Apple TV+ and Amazon Prime. She plays a character named Katarina Lopez, and she’s acting alongside Sean Whalen and Richard Tyson. I can’t wait to see it!
This story, inspired by Nicole Beverly’s real-life experiences featured on Inside Evil with Chris Cuomo and in the bestselling book Til Death Do Us Part, follows Nicole and her children as they escape and heal from domestic violence.
Blanca recently shared with DailyMail.com that she follows a diet focused on reducing carbohydrates and increasing protein intake, and she stops eating by 5 p.m. She limits carbs to just one day a week, meaning she avoids foods like pizza, pasta, and bagels for six days out of seven.
The model explained that suddenly introducing a lot of carbohydrates can be a shock to the system. She’s not accustomed to eating many carbs, but finds it difficult to eliminate them entirely. Having carbs just once a week helps her body avoid adapting to them, allowing for quicker processing. Conversely, eating carbs daily makes it harder for her body to process them efficiently.

Blanca recently stated to DailyMail.com that she prefers to lose weight through exercise, saying she’d rather ‘sweat it out at the gym’ than use the diabetes drug Ozempic.
Blanca stated that while Ozempic is incredibly helpful for people with diabetes – even life-changing for some – she wouldn’t recommend using it simply to lose weight.
I understand why some people choose that route – losing weight is really tough. For me personally, I prefer to stick to diet and exercise to maintain my ideal weight, as that feels more manageable.
I also recognize I’m fortunate – my metabolism is naturally quick, which makes staying in shape simpler for me than it is for others. Ultimately, everyone needs to prioritize their own well-being and focus on being healthy.

The actress says she’s discovered a new fitness routine, and staying in shape is a priority for her, as she shared with DailyMail.com.
Instead of high-impact cardio, she focuses on strength training, and she does it both at home and at the gym. She explained to DailyMail.com that maintaining muscle mass is crucial as we age, because we naturally lose it – a process called sarcopenia.
Sarcopenia is the gradual loss of muscle mass and strength that often happens as people age.
Keeping your muscles strong isn’t just about appearance; it also improves how you move and reduces your chances of getting hurt. That’s why I’ve been prioritizing mobility, strength, and stability. It’s really simple – I use free weights at home and machines at the gym. It’s become essential for me.
She shed 10 pounds earlier this year by switching from meat to fish and chicken. “It’s been great for my figure – my clothes are much looser now!” she shared with DailyMail.com. “Plus, I don’t even crave steak anymore; it could sometimes feel too heavy.”
