Blanca Blanco gets in the Christmas spirit with a red bikini in Malibu as she shares her diet hack

Actress from the movie “Eye For Eye” was spotted sporting a tiny, red string bikini adorned with diamonds during her visit to Malibu. The pictures were only published on DailyMail.com.

In a relaxed setting on a sandy beach, the star of “The Finding Nicole” from Washington state showcased her toned abdomen and slender legs.

Blanca also spoke with DailyMail.com about how she stays slender during the holidays. 

It seems she limits her carb intake to just one day per week, which means avoiding pizza, pasta, and bagels for the rest of the week.

In my recent experience at the Emilia Perez event alongside my friend Zoe Saldanna, I’ve come to realize that certain experiences can really jolt one’s system.

‘My body is not used to having a ton of carbs but it is hard to completely cut them out. So if I have carbs once a week my body does not get used to them and can process fast. If you have carbs every day, your body doesn’t process them as well.’

After Blanca shared with DailyMail.com that she wouldn’t resort to using Ozempic for weight loss, preferring to exercise at the gym and sweat off the pounds instead of relying on the medication.

Blanca stated, “Ozempic is incredible for managing diabetes for many individuals, even seeming miraculous at times, but personally, I wouldn’t resort to using it for weight loss.

I understand and respect those who strive to lose weight, as I recognize it’s a difficult endeavor. However, personally, I’ve chosen not to pursue such methods myself due to my comfort with maintaining my current weight through diet and exercise.

‘But I also have to admit that I am lucky, my metabolism is pretty fast, so I have it easier than a lot of people. Everyone has to do what is right for them and just be healthy first and foremost.’

Maintaining fitness holds significance for the actress, who recently shared with DailyMail.com that she’s discovered a fresh approach to exercise.

She does strength training instead of intense cardio – and she does it at home as well as the gym.

‘As we get older, we lose muscle mass; that’s called sarcopenia. So it is important to keep muscle mass up,’ she told DailyMail.com. 

In older individuals, Sarcopenia refers to a gradual decrease in muscle size, power, and overall quality over time.

Maintaining muscle mass not only enhances your physical appearance, but it also improves your mobility and reduces the likelihood of sustaining an injury.

“She stated that she has been prioritizing mobility, muscle tone, and balance. She finds it convenient since she keeps some weights at home and uses gym equipment for this purpose. This routine has become essential for her.

She also lost 10lbs earlier this year by giving up meat and is instead eating fish and chicken.

She shared with DailyMail.com that she believes her waistline has significantly improved, as her dresses are now too large for her. Furthermore, she mentioned that she no longer crave steaks due to their heaviness at times.

This comes after she attended the LA premiere for the Oscar-buzzed film Emilia Perez.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, actress Zoe Saldana shared that there’s a considerable buzz surrounding the intense movie titled ‘Emilia Perez’, which tells the story of a Mexican drug dealer undergoing a gender transition. Saldana expressed her enthusiasm about the project.

Blanca shared with DailyMail.com that the performances were both remarkable and intensely impactful following the movie. Moreover, she mentioned that the movie presents a wealth of content, truly challenging boundaries.

Zoe is being widely discussed as a potential Oscar nominee, and it’s clear to me why that is. After all, she excels at multiple talents – singing, dancing, and even conversing fluently in both English and Spanish.

In addition, Blanca joined forces with the lead actress of the movie, Karla Sofia Gascón. Overflowing with enthusiasm, Karla told Blanca, “What an incredible cast to be a part of! I had such a wonderful time,” and further added, “These women are truly talented.

Following the film, there was a prolonged applause with the performers appearing on stage, which was graciously introduced by Selena before she presented the cast.

Selena, who stars on the hit Hulu series Only Murders In The Building, spoke highly of her costars.  Selena said, ‘I hope we make you proud’ then she thanked the crew for ‘working tirelessly.’

Meanwhile, her co-star Zoe also stood on stage as she made comments to the audience.

‘We are grateful that you are opening your heart to receiving this film,’ said Saldana. 

At the glamorous red carpet event, she was accompanied by her long-term partner Marco Perego, whom she affectionately referred to as her husband. The couple, parents of three boys, exchanged a loving kiss before the screening began. Originally from Italy, Marco donned a sleek trench coat with subtle patterns over a black outfit and boots for the occasion.

Blanca stood alongside John Savage from the band Deerhunter, both adorned; she in an Azazie gown and YSL heels, while he in his unique style.

Blanco is not related to Selena’s fiance Benny Blanco, who was also at the event. 

Gascon, 52, who stars in the title role of the movie, stunned in a ruched, off-the-shoulder dress.

In the Spanish-language film, Zoe assumes the part of Rita, whereas Selena plays the character Jessi Del Monte.

The film unfolds in Mexico and follows a lawyer presented with an unusual proposition: assisting a notorious drug lord in leaving his criminal enterprise for good, disguised as the woman he has long desired, as described by IMDb.

At the 77th Cannes Film Festival held in May, it took home the Jury Prize, while its talented female cast was recognized with the Best Actress accolade.
