The judge has thrown out most of the sexual harassment claims in Blake Lively’s lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, leaving a much smaller case remaining. This lawsuit started after the film adaptation of the book It Ends With Us.
On April 2, 2026, Judge Lewis Liman dismissed most of Colleen Hoover’s lawsuit, rejecting claims of harassment, defamation, and conspiracy. However, three parts of the case will continue: claims of retaliation, breach of contract, and helping with the retaliation, all directed at the director of Ends With Us.
