Blake Lively’s Sex Scenes Exposed

In summary, Blake Lively’s complaints against Justin Baldoni are extensive, but the most serious accusation she makes is that he inappropriately sexually harassed her during filming “It Ends With Us.” This included unwanted kissing, discussing his personal sexual matters, and attempting to add unnecessary explicit scenes into the script.

Following Lively’s lawsuit against Baldoni in January, he swiftly responded by filing a countersuit worth $400 million against Blake, her spouse Ryan Reynolds, their publicist Leslie Sloane, alleging civil extortion, defamation, and privacy invasion. He has also established a website, thelawsuitinfo.com, where he details his account of the events that transpired.

In the stacks of papers, emails, and texts, I stumbled upon a fascinating collection of handwritten notes scribbled by Baldoni during his encounter with the film’s intimacy coordinator. These notes could potentially unlock the entire mystery we’re trying to unravel.

In the artwork by Lively, it wasn’t until she requested one that an intimacy coordinator was brought into the production process; Baldoni inserted unexpected kisses during intimate scenes, and he discussed his personal sexual experiences with her.

Initially, it seems that an intimacy coordinator had been hired since day one, but Lively didn’t meet with this professional until shooting started. Consequently, Baldoni, who was both the actor and director, ended up relaying the intimacy coordinator’s instructions to Lively personally.

In his explanation, Baldoni asserted that her portrayal of him incorporating explicit scenes into the movie was just him keeping her informed about what had been agreed upon in their discussions, including her character experiencing an orgasm. Moreover, he alleges that Lively appeared to struggle distinguishing between a professional discourse regarding acting out intimate scenes and sexual harassment.

April 5, 2023 – Lively declines to meet the intimacy coordinator before filming starts

It seems like texts from Baldoni to his fellow actor suggest that Lively opted out of meeting the intimacy consultant before the movie’s filming began.

On April 5, 2023, Baldoni, who played Ryle Kincaid, the partner of Lily Bloom (portrayed by Lively), brought on a coordinator and attempted to arrange a meeting or conversation with this team member and his fellow actor.

He messaged Lively to let him know: ‘I’ve recently brought on an intimacy coordinator whom I admire greatly. We’ll arrange a meeting or a get-together with her next week as an introduction.’

Instead, Lively politely declined the invitation, stating: “I’m fine. I’ll be able to connect with her once things get started! Thanks for the offer!

Later on, Baldoni discussed the matter with a female producer who remains anonymous. She granted him permission to interact with the coordinator, but under the condition that he wouldn’t be accompanied by Lively, and afterward, he was expected to provide feedback to her regarding the advice received.

In simpler terms, Baldoni mentioned that she appears unwilling to connect with the intimacy coordinator until production begins, which could potentially disrupt the work process. However, he assured that he is still open to meeting with her independently.

The producer replied: “That works for me if she’s not ready to meet right now. You’ll simply need to explain your ideas and what the intimacy coordinator has in mind to her.

According to Baldoni’s grievance, by refusing the meeting, Lively prevented the joint creation and approval of many sexual scenes as Baldoni had planned, which would involve both Lively and the intimacy coordinator.

Eventually, Lively opted to handle all the suggested changes to the intimate scenes on her own, according to the claim.

In a twist, Lively is under scrutiny for claiming that an intimacy coordinator wasn’t present during filming, even though one had been hired by Wayfarer Studios over six weeks prior to the start of production.

It Ends With Us had to cease filming in June 2023 due to the writers’ strike.

In response to alleged incidents of sexual harassment by Baldoni, Lively took action by lodging a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department and subsequently filing a lawsuit in a federal court.

Based on the court case, Lively’s attorney sent an email to the legal team at Wayfarer Studios in November 2023. This email included a list of 17 requirements that Lively wanted met before she could continue filming; otherwise, she threatened to initiate a lawsuit.

One of the stipulations included asking for an intimacy supervisor to oversee scenes involving both Lively and Baldoni. It also specified that no inappropriate physical contact or sexually suggestive remarks would be permitted without explicit consent.

According to Baldoni, it appears that an intimacy coordinator was not involved in the initial filming, even though one was hired at the beginning.

2023-04-21 – Baldoni consults with the intimacy advisor, then shares ‘notes on orgasms’ with Lively afterwards.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it as: “During our discussions, Baldoni personally met with an intimacy coordinator and jotted down key points in a notebook. Later on, when we had a script-writing session at Lively’s New York home, these notes were brought up for further consideration.

According to his lawsuit, Baldoni felt it crucial to have a female intimacy coordinator for creating sex scenes that resonated with the predominantly female readership. In other words, he wanted these scenes to reflect a perspective known as the “female gaze.

Baldoni openly shared his handwritten notes on his website, revealing that the advice regarding Lively’s intimate scenes originated from the intimacy coordinator.

The accusation claims that the documents contradict Lively’s claim that Baldoni inserted explicit material into the movie himself and discussed his personal intimate experiences, including a scene where Lively would simulate an orgasm on screen.

Baldoni asserts that the direction for the intimate scene, which some have called into question, actually originated from the intimacy coordinator. According to him, these instructions were then passed on to Lively, a claim supported by his own notes on the subject.

The scribbled notes from our gathering contain terms like ‘descends upon her’, ‘peak experience’, ‘preliminary activities’ and the ‘breast examination’. These phrases, while somewhat explicit, are meant to be descriptive in the context of the meeting.

According to the document, it was ideal for Lively and the intimacy coordinator to discuss these matters face-to-face, as Baldoni suggested.

Nevertheless, Lively chose not to have a meeting, which left Baldoni in an inconvenient predicament as he had to deliver those messages to Lively at her penthouse instead.

As an ardent admirer, when I caught wind of Lively supposedly exclaiming, “Oh dear, I’m simply too seasoned for that,” upon Baldoni’s provocative suggestion, it sparked a flurry of curiosity within me. And just as the anticipation peaked, Baldoni gracefully presented another tantalizing proposition – a tantalizing tidbit gleaned from their confidential encounter with the intimacy coordinator.

According to Baldoni, Lively found it difficult to differentiate between the explicit discussions about their characters and actual real-life situations.

He indicated that she portrayed those concepts as her own, even though they were developing character scenes during a workshop.

The lawsuit alleges that Lively’s misunderstanding of the distinction between working together on a film and having personal interactions with her co-star and director, particularly in relation to claims of sexual harassment, is recurrently present in her assertions.

May 5-12, 2023 – Baldoni speaks with the intimacy coordinator and Lively is given her nudity rider

During a gathering with the It Ends With Us group in January 2024, it was reported by Baldoni in court documents that Lively expressed her preference for no new explicit love scenes beyond those initially agreed upon not to be included.

Additionally, it was indicated that a representative of the actress should oversee all instances where sexually explicit scenes appear within the document.

As a committed participant, I was required to ensure that all those involved in filming the private scenes were experienced professionals personally endorsed by Blake Lively, rather than acquaintances of the producer or director.

Besides making this statement, she clarified that she would refrain from participating in additional nude scenes unless a SAG-compliant rider, which details the particulars of the scene, is present. Any footage captured without such a rider, as stated by Lively, should not be utilized without the approval of her legal representatives.

Contrarily, Baldoni asserts that his timeline contradicts the claim made by her, stating that the nudity contract (rider) was given to her well before any explicit scenes were shot.

Per the schedule, Baldoni reached out to the intimacy advisor on the 5th of May, 2023, sharing his observations about the intimate scenes following their conversation about Lively’s comfort preferences.

According to the document, Justin underscores that the manner of shooting and what is depicted in the footage will represent a collaboration between Baldoni and Blake.

In just a few short days, by May 8th, emails allegedly showed that Lively’s team had received the nudity clause, essentially verifying that Lively and the intimacy coordinator had discussed and agreed upon the explicit scenes.

Baldoni countered allegations suggesting Lively filmed scenes without a nudity clause in her contract, asserting instead that he never asked for such a provision, nor did he request a closed set during negotiations. However, it was eventually decided by production to implement a closed set.

Initially planned for filming that particular week, the sex scenes were repeatedly postponed because of illnesses and resulting strikes, ultimately being filmed in January 2024, as stated in the complaint.

On the 12th of May, it is said that Baldoni and Lively were busy at her apartment, implementing last-minute adjustments to the script before the official start of production on the 15th of May.

May 22, 2023 – Lively and Baldoni perform a kissing scene in hospital

In her court case, Lively asserted that there were instances of unexpected and unscripted kissing happening on set, while Baldoni was said to often discuss struggles with a perceived pornography addiction and detailed accounts of his personal sexual experiences.

During a gathering where she outlined thirty requirements for her fellow actors, Lively firmly established limits regarding the shooting of intimate and romantic scenes in the movie.

In every scene featuring Lively and Baldoni, it was insisted that an intimacy director be consistently available, also stating that any previously improvised kissing should cease.

‘No biting or sucking of lip without [Lively’s] consent,’ the document read.

A subsequent requirement stated that every scene involving intimate content must have a supervisor present, along with a monitor previously endorsed by Lively, who would be responsible for overseeing these scenes.

Regarding Baldoni’s assertion about the kissing incidents, it appears to be paradoxical as he claimed that any improvisations in the scenes were initiated by Lively herself, yet he also stated that all the kisses were pre-scripted.

In the given scene, the actors shared a kiss as their characters became betrothed within a hospital setting on May 22nd. Notably, Baldoni’s representatives claim that it was Lively who started the kiss during this particular instance.

The document claimed: ‘In one take, she pulls Baldoni in and kisses him once; in another, twice.

‘Lively determined the number of kisses based on what she felt necessary for the scene.’

It has been claimed that Lively spontaneously adjusted the number of kisses during the scene, yet emphasized that the actual kiss itself was pre-planned and written in the script.

The complaint went on to say, “Since there were no expectations for Lively to improvise, it would be impossible for Baldoni to discern that from Lively’s behavior alone.

Time and time again, Lively convincingly portrayed that such elements were standard and appropriate during the filming of romantic scenes.

On that particular day, the schedule indicated that although an intimacy coordinator wasn’t present, one isn’t necessarily needed when only kissing is being depicted without any additional intimacy or nudity being recorded.

According to Lively and her legal representatives, it was mentioned that she preferred to have an intimacy supervisor during kissing sequences. However, Baldoni’s camp argued that this practice doesn’t align with standard industry procedures, as such coordinators are typically only brought in for ‘simulated sexual and nude scenes’.

TopMob have contacted Lively’s representatives for comment.

In addition, Baldoni detailed in his lawsuit that Lively presented 30 requests to her co-stars from “The It Ends With Us” set, aimed at addressing the alleged toxic work environment.

According to the filing, Lively expressed her concerns regarding both Baldoni and the show’s producer Heath at the January 4th gathering.

All those present allegedly consented to the 30 terms the actress insisted upon, aimed at avoiding any additional distress during filming. Many of these points centered around issues related to gender.

According to a document made public by the New York Times, the initial instruction given was that no explicit videos or photos of women, including the producer’s wife, should be displayed to Lively or her team members.

A striking demand made was for individuals on the set to abstain from talking about past issues related to Baldoni and Heath’s alleged “pornography habits” or Lively’s claimed “absence of such activities.

Vigorously emphasized that it’s inappropriate and unacceptable to discuss personal intimate matters such as past sexual encounters, private body parts, or instances where physical consent wasn’t explicitly provided during sexual activities, regardless of whether one is the perpetrator or the victim.

The grievance disclosed that Lively had instructed that no past HR issues concerning WayFarer Studios, where Baldoni is a co-founder, should be discussed. Additionally, she prohibited anyone from inquiring about her weight or her personal trainer’s advice regarding it.

To ensure the well-being of everyone involved, a seasoned producer was assigned to monitor the production site, and it was understood that Emily Lively wouldn’t face any hostile or reprisal actions for advocating for safety measures.
