Blake Lively Slams Justin Baldoni’s ‘Damning’ Video: Co-Star’s Unwanted Advances Exposed

In simpler terms, Blake Lively has spoken up about the unreleased, raw footage from their movie “It Ends With Us” that Justin Baldoni shared more recently, following her allegations of inappropriate behavior against him.

The actress maintains that the blast-like video, displaying all three renditions of a dance sequence involving the pair, clearly demonstrates her discomfort while performing the scene.

Justin Baldoni and his legal representative might be attempting to preemptively counteract harmful evidence by pulling off a new move, but the video in question seems incriminating on its own, according to his attorney’s statements to TMZ.

Each frame within the public video evidence aligns perfectly with the account given by Ms. Lively in paragraph 48 of her lawsuit statement.

As an overly enthusiastic admirer, I’d say: “The video clearly depicts me repeatedly getting close to Miss Lively, trying to plant a kiss on her lips, settling for her forehead instead, pressing my face and lips against her delicate neck, playfully flicking her lip with my thumb, showering her with affectionate caresses, complimenting her captivating scent, and engaging in conversations that seemed to stray from the usual script.

Her team also added that none of the intimacy shown in the video was choreographed.

In every instance, Mr. Baldoni spontaneously created the scene without prior consultation or agreement, and there was no intimacy advisor on set.

In addition to being Mr. Baldoni’s co-actor, he also served as the director, the head of the studio, and held a position of authority over Ms. Lively.

Blake leaning away from Justin in the scene was not acting, according to her lawyers. They say,

According to Lively’s lawyers, her action of leaning away from Baldoni during the scene wasn’t part of the script, but rather a genuine instance where she was seeking to have their characters engage in more dialogue.

A woman who has experienced unwanted physical contact at work should be able to relate to Ms. Lively’s unease in similar situations.

‘She’ll see that she’s trying to use humor as a means of warding off inappropriate touch. It’s unfair that women often feel compelled to implement self-protective strategies to prevent unwanted physical contact from an employer without permission.’
