In a more straightforward phrase, Baldoni’s legal team proposed that the deposition should take place in the Park Avenue office of Meister Seelig & Fein, one of their involved law firms.
Last week, Lively’s team voiced their opposition to the proposed location through a motion, stating concerns about potential encounters with aggressive media and paparazzi surrounding Lively as she entered and exited the building.
Baldoni countered her assertion by suggesting she was exploiting her fame to exert influence in the process.
