Blake Lively sends out new subpoenas in legal battle with Justin Baldoni

At present, Blake Lively finds herself embroiled in a contentious legal dispute with her co-star and director from the film “It Ends With Us,” Justin Baldoni.

Obtained by DailyMail.com are new legal papers showing that the 37-year-old actress is seeking orders to demand subpoenas from several executives working at Baldoni’s, 41-year-old production company, Wayfarer.

Based on the documents, it appears that Blake started serving third-party subpoenas in March, and he’s currently seeking the court’s assistance to make sure they are enforced.

As a dedicated follower, let me share the names of eight key figures I’ve come across: Ashmi Elizabeth Dang, Ahmed Musiol, Mitz Toskovic, Tera Hanks, AJ Marbory, Jennifer Benson, Shekinah Reese, and Jarriesse Blackmon.

Last year during the filming of their romantic drama, Lively and Baldoni had disagreements, which escalated to legal action in December. The actress who was previously on Gossip Girl sued Baldoni, claiming he sexually harassed her and orchestrated a defamatory campaign against her.

Recently, a New York judge refused to grant a protective order requested by Lively’s legal team, which aimed to prevent her text conversations with Taylor Swift from being used as evidence in the ongoing case.

The legal team led by Baldoni is requesting Lively to hand over her text messages, emails, and all other correspondences with the singer, as per a court order.

Now, the attorneys representing the actor from Jane The Virgin can thoroughly examine the series of messages, as they have access to all correspondence pertaining to It Ends With Us for closer examination.

In an awkward conversation, Lively seemed to identify herself with the Game of Thrones persona Daenerys Targaryen (Khaleesi), while referring to Swift as one of her ‘dragon companions’.

In another part of Baldoni’s document, it is stated that Swift attended a gathering called by Lively at her high-rise apartment in New York, where the adjustments for the It Ends With Us script were under discussion.

According to reliable sources, Swift was not aware of the gathering and just happened to show up when things were already in progress.

Reportedly, the incident allegedly made Swift, the godmother to Lively’s children for a decade, feel taken advantage of by her long-term friend.

Approximately six months ago, Blake detailed job prospects that she claimed were denied by Baldoni in a highly charged lawsuit she filed against him.

One of the jobs I didn’t get was hosting the premiere of Saturday Night Live’s season 50, which took place in September. This event aired a month following the release of the movie.

‘The effects on Ms. Lively’s professional life were immediate and substantial,’ said the suit.

In light of the continuous nature of the campaign and the widespread unfavorable opinion it has generated, Ms. Lively felt it was impossible for her to attend public engagements or events without being compelled to publicly address the incident that occurred on set, according to the document.

In response, Baldoni filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively and her spouse Ryan Reynolds in January, charging them with defamation.

All parties have denied the allegations.

Last week, a judge dismissed the defamation part of Baldoni’s lawsuit; however, he continues to pursue legal action for civil extortion, invasion of privacy, and additional allegations.

In my analysis of Baldoni’s documents, I uncovered screenshots that appeared to show frequent mentions of Taylor Swift in what seemed like private text messages from the lovely Blake Lively.
