Blake Lively movie It Ends With Us is BANNED in Qatar due to kissing and non-graphic sex scenes with Justin Baldoni

The country’s Censorship Committee banned Sony Picture’s PG-13 romance drama based on Colleen Hoover’s 2016 bestseller, which focuses heavily on domestic abuse.
In a current disagreement with his fellow actor Justin Baldoni, the 36-year-old actress takes on the role of Lily Bloom in the movie. Her character engages in intimate moments such as kissing scenes and a somewhat explicit scene where both characters are dressed in their underclothes.
Qatar, situated at the northeastern edge of the Arabian Peninsula, has gained notoriety for its strict censorship practices and tendency to ban American films.
The prohibition of “It Ends With Us” follows a pattern where the country has also restricted other PG-13 movies such as “Barbie,” “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,” “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,” and “Eternals.”
Additionally, it has been reported by a source to DailyMail.com that the conflict between Lively and Baldoni might stem from allegedly inappropriate and borderline abusive conduct by the actor/director on set, which came afterwards.

This rumor has been fueled by online detectives who’ve pointed out that these on-screen lovers didn’t appear together at the US premiere. Additionally, some cast members have been evasive when asked questions related to the director, suggesting potential tension behind the scenes.
Presently, trusted sources have disclosed some troubling information to DailyMail.com regarding conflicts between Blake and Justin. They claim these disagreements stemmed from Justin’s perceived indifference towards Blake’s suggestions during filming sequences depicting abusive scenes, which they found unsettling.
Today, the movie adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s popular novel, sharing the same title, is released in cinemas. It tells the story of Lily Bloom, a talented floral designer, and her tumultuous relationship with neurosurgeon Ryle Kincaid, portrayed by Justin. At first, their romance blossoms, but as their relationship progresses, it unfortunately turns toxic.
According to the source, Justin primarily concentrated on what he perceived as a biased perspective from men, which was quite masculine or domineering in his analysis of the subject matter.
In the sequences showing abuse, it was pointed out that Justin did not take into account Blake’s character’s point of view; rather, he concentrated only on what he perceived as the abusive male perspective.

And they said he took it ‘very personally’ when the pair asked for some script rewrites.
