Blake Lively Distracted by Frozen Amid Intense Lawsuit

Blake Lively was chipper when she hit a talk show on Monday evening.

In a fluffy white cocktail gown, the 37-year-old actress graced Seth Meyers’ talk show to publicize her new movie “Another Simple Favor.” Her hairstyle was half-up, but strangely, she wasn’t wearing her wedding rings.

At the start of the interview, they discussed their shared fondness for crushed ice, leading to a conversation about a film that Blake enjoys watching with her kids.

The beauty said that she watched Frozen all the time with the kids she has with Ryan Reynolds.

In the first Frozen film, Kristen Bell, who’s a friend of hers, and Idina Menzel lend their voices to the characters. This captivating animation was premiered in cinemas back in 2013 and has since amassed an impressive $1.28 billion worldwide; we can expect another installment in 2027.

‘All I watch is kid movies,’ she said adding there was a lot of ice in Frozen.

She remarked that the initial song about chopping ice blocks in “Frozen” was quite peculiar, and Seth concurred with her opinion, saying, “What an unusual opening song for Frozen!

When Meyers enquired about the well-being of her children today, she responded by saying they were good: ‘My family is doing quite well, thanks. I have three daughters and a son now… oh, boys can certainly be wild!’

Later on, she clarified that her child expresses deep affection towards her by declaring love and referring to her as his one true love. She also mentioned that he often speaks of being in a dream state with her, but their relationship is sometimes tumultuous or disorganized.

However it is ‘the best feeling in the world’ to receive so much affection from her son. 

This couple, wedded since 2012, have girls James (age 10), Inez (age 8), Betty (age 5), and a son named Olin (age 2).

During her television appearance, the actress hinted at her current legal disagreement with Justin Baldoni, aged 41, although numerous viewers seemed more interested in the absence of her wedding band on her finger.

Instead, Blake wore a big cocktail ring on the middle finger of her left hand. 

Instead of regularly wearing her wedding ring at events, the stylish woman often prefers donning eye-catching pieces of statement jewelry.

Blake communicated to Meyers, ‘In a nutshell, this year has been an extraordinary mix of incredible peaks and devastating valleys for me personally. It seems that numerous women are reluctant to voice their opinions or disclose their stories, particularly at the moment, due to a deliberate fear-inducing mechanism.’

The thing that makes us hold our tongues is well-known. However, it’s important to recognize that not everyone has the chance to voice their thoughts.

‘I consider myself lucky because I’ve been able to express myself, and as a woman, you possess this unique strength – your voice. This has kept me strong and fueled my conviction in striving for a safer world for women and girls. It may seem straightforward.’

The interview marked the first time Lively had appeared on a talk show following her legal dispute with Baldoni, which started in December of last year.

She and Baldoni are set to head to court in March 2026. 

Regarding her children, who Blake earlier stated had been affected by the Baldoni situation, she commented: “It’s not surprising that this past year has been quite challenging for them, and they’ve become my source of strength.

‘No matter what day I am having, I have to be Disneyland for them. It’s the best, it’s chaos.’
