Additionally, it involves a complex and untraceable digital social media manipulation strategy aimed at influencing social media algorithms negatively against Ms. Lively, according to the actress’ lawyer.

‘The Lively-Reynolds Parties have been made aware and hold the belief that such actions have persisted without interruption ever since the CRD Complaint was lodged, perhaps even intensifying. If this conduct persists, it could significantly undermine the fairness of this case.’

Lively’s lawyers argue that her action of leaning away from Baldoni during the scene wasn’t part of the script, but rather an instance of her “repeatedly requesting” their on-screen characters to engage in a simple conversation.
