Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds’ Secret Affair Exposed

It has ignited fresh speculations on the web that Blake Lively may have started her relationship with Ryan Reynolds when he was still married, following recent revelations about a company central to their conflict with Justin Baldoni.

People speculate about the origin of the name Vanzan, which they believe is related to the hometowns of its owners, and the fact that it was registered in California in September 2010, not long after Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds met on the set of The Green Lantern, has sparked much conversation.

While Reynolds was still wedded to Scarlett Johansson, they eventually filed for divorce in December. Meanwhile, Lively parted ways with her boyfriend Penn Badgley only a month following the establishment of their company.

On a recent video uploaded on Monday, Zack Peter, host of the well-known celebrity gossip podcast No Filter, hinted at a possible scandal: ‘There have been whispers that these two started their relationship during the filming of The Green Lantern, that’s where they first crossed paths.’

He’s known by the username “Vancity” on social media, a nickname that reflects his roots in Vancouver, the city where he was raised.

‘Could “Zan” be a reference to Tarzana, where she grew up?’ asked Peter.

Ryan Reynolds doesn’t appear on this company, but rather, it’s Eric Binder who is associated with it. Interestingly enough, Eric Binder serves as Ryan Reynold’s business manager.

‘Is it possible Blake and Ryan formed this company together in 2010 around when they met?’

So, are we saying that the couple who started dating in 2011 were close enough to have made such a serious commitment?

The answer is a resounding No.

According to a former associate, DailyMail.com found that Lively joined forces with Vanzan much later, long after the initial company had already been established.

Back in those days, it was well-known that the company had questionable dealings, marked by a hazy history involving numerous lawsuits and subpoenas.

Vanzan was initially established in Delaware back in 2008, predating the time when Reynolds and Lively got acquainted. The company then registered to conduct business in California for the first time in 2010.

Its California filings listed Eric Rothchild as the agent for the firm, based in San Diego in 2010.

An ex-associate of Rothchild shared with DailyMail.com that they witnessed Rothchild establishing the company, designed primarily for telesales and marketing operations. They were taken aback upon learning about the subsequent ties between Lively, Reynolds, and this same enterprise.

A source shared that they sat together with Eric Rothchild discussing the name choice. They felt it had an authoritative and trendy vibe, reminiscent of traditional wealth from the old eastern seaboard.

In 2010 and 2011, Rothchild and Vanzan found themselves embroiled in lawsuits, primarily for allegations of not honoring an office lease agreement, as well as facing legal actions from multiple parties in the San Diego court system.

In June 2011, the Wafico Company, based in San Diego, received a court verdict of $100,000 against Vanzan.

Rothchild filed for bankruptcy the following year.

A person who collaborated with him revealed that they eventually uncovered more than one name for him, such as Brian Urquhart and Brian Knapp.

In 2010, the Federal Trade Commission brought a civil lawsuit against Rothchild due to his non-compliance with a subpoena they issued for an investigation into potential breaches of consumer data regulations by his company.

Currently, Vanzan finds himself once again at the heart of a dispute, triggered by a subpoena issued years later. In September 2024, Lively employed the company to bring forth a lawsuit and subsequently secured a subpoena directed towards Stephanie Jones, Baldoni’s former publicist. This action led to the acquisition of hundreds of texts that supported her accusation of a supposed smear campaign orchestrated by Baldoni.

Baldoni denies the claims, and in return is suing Lively for defamation.

As a lifestyle expert looking back at 2010, it appears that either Lively or Reynolds may have found themselves connected to a revamped version of Vanzan, distinct from any ties with Rothschild or telemarketing ventures.

The source mentioned that the only scenario in which Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively might be connected is if the original company had closed down and been rebranded, or alternatively, they could have purchased the pre-existing company.

However, it’s highly unlikely that anyone with sound judgment would have chosen to acquire that company given its complex legal issues.

According to California records, Vanzan was marked as inactive in 2013. The next available public record is from 2021, which indicates that ‘Blake Reynolds’ (the actress’s married name) serves as CEO, secretary, and CFO, and the company’s address is at her husband’s business management firm office in New York.

Records from corporate filings in New York indicate the existence of another company within its borders named ‘Vanzan Inc.’, which was established in 2019 and is registered at the Manhattan office of Reynolds’s business management company, ML Management.
