Blac Chyna has filed a legal complaint alleging that her former boyfriend, Twin Hector, subjected her to both physical and verbal abuse.
Okay, so here’s the latest: I’m hearing that a legal battle is brewing between a well-known reality star, who’s 37, and her ex, who’s 28. He originally sued her last year, claiming she physically attacked him while he was asleep. Now, she’s officially responding to the lawsuit with her own legal filing, which was submitted just recently on December 30th. It’s definitely a complicated situation, and things are just starting to unfold.
Chyna stated in court documents that she acted in self-defense during several confrontations with Hector. However, Hector’s lawyer, Kirk Edward Schenck, dismissed these claims as a weak attempt to excuse her own violent behavior, according to a statement given to Daily Mail on Wednesday.
Schenck explained that people who commit harmful acts often try to make it seem like the person they hurt was at fault. He stated that they believe Chyna has no justification for her violent attack on Mr. Hector while he was sleeping.
Angela White, originally from Washington, D.C., has two children: a 13-year-old son named King Cairo Stevenson with Tyga, and a 9-year-old daughter named Dream Renée Kardashian with Rob Kardashian.
Chyna testified in court that in 2023, her then-partner, Taiyon Hector, choked and spat on her while their children were close by. Hector has strongly denied these accusations, stating they are completely untrue.
Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Chyna for further comment on the story.

Chyna estimated that she and Hector were romantically involved between 2020 and March 2023.
In court documents, Chyna stated that Hector had repeatedly behaved in a way that was abusive, intimidating, and threatening during their long-term relationship.
Chyna stated that Hector wouldn’t leave her house on March 28, 2023, while she was preparing for a trip out of state.
Chyna testified that the argument started because he kept demanding to stay, and his behavior quickly became threatening and aggressive.
In court, Chyna stated that Hector had physically choked and spat on her, verbally abused her, and behaved in a way that frightened her – all while their family nanny was present.
In court documents, Chyna stated she feared for her safety and the safety of her children.
Chyna explained that the police were eventually called, and Hector was asked to leave the house.

In legal filings, Chyna stated that any physical force she used against Hector, who is bigger than her, was only to protect herself during the encounter.
Chyna testified in court that Hector destroyed her wigs, hair extensions, and clothing – items she used for her business and personal use – causing her significant financial hardship.
Chyna said in her legal filing that Hector’s escalating rages led her to ‘fear for her safety.’
Chyna testified in court that Hector has repeatedly harassed and intimidated her, including making public attacks on social media.
In a court document, Chyna stated that on December 15, 2025, Hector made offensive and insulting comments about her on Instagram.
Hector used Chyna’s ‘photograph without her consent’ with the posts, Chyna told the court.
Chyna explained to the court that Hector’s social media posts seemed designed to encourage people to harass her. She also stated that his recent album, ‘I Hate You,’ contains aggressive lyrics specifically aimed at her.
Chyna requested her address be kept private in court papers because she feared Hector’s ongoing public attacks and threats could encourage others to harm her.

In court documents, Chyna said Hector endangered her and their children by creating a real and significant risk of harassment, stalking, or physical violence.
According to Hector’s lawyer, Schenck, Chyna has been accused of physical violence in the past, and Hector isn’t the first person to claim she’s been physically aggressive.
He added: ‘We have the evidence. We will prove our case and extensive damages.’
Okay, so I’ve been following this whole thing, and honestly, everyone who knows Hector – and I feel like I do, after all this – knows he’s a total sweetheart. His lawyer just told the Daily Mail that he’s never been violent, never aggressive, not to Ms. White, and not to anyone, ever. It’s just… not in his nature! I’m telling you, he’s a gentleman, through and through.
Schenck told Chyna she should hire a lawyer, stating, ‘She’ll definitely need legal representation.’
In fall 2024, Hector filed a lawsuit against Chyna in California Superior Court, claiming domestic violence and assault, and seeking $10 million in damages.
According to a lawsuit, Hector claims Chyna repeatedly verbally abused him during their three-year relationship, which lasted from August 2020 to March 2023.

According to legal documents reviewed by People magazine in 2024, Hector claimed Chyna repeatedly threatened to kill him, especially when she was drinking alcohol.
Hector told the court that Chyna battered him in a ‘vicious attack’ in September 2021 as he slept.
Hector and Chyna first met in August 2020, and he soon after moved in with her in Woodland Hills, California.
According to legal documents, Chyna frequently abused alcohol and drugs, which caused her to become physically violent, verbally threatening, and abusive, according to Hector.
Hector told the court that the outbursts would come ‘for no apparent reason.’
Hector testified in court that whenever Chyna hit him, he would try to protect himself and stop her from continuing.
According to legal documents, after Chyna was no longer under the influence, she either couldn’t recall what happened or would apologize, but her apologies didn’t seem genuine, according to Hector.
Hector told her he thought she should get help from a doctor or therapist to address her violent behavior, but she refused and insisted he follow all of her directions without question.

Hector testified that when Chyna hit him, he would always try to protect himself and stop her.
According to legal documents, after Chyna was sober, she either couldn’t recall what happened or would apologize without seeming genuinely sorry, according to Hector.
Let me tell you, witnessing courtroom testimony is never easy. In this case, the accuser described a truly frightening attack. He stated that his assailant repeatedly punched, elbowed, and kicked him – a barrage of blows to both his body and face – all while he was completely defenseless and asleep. It’s a shockingly violent image, and the detail really emphasizes the vulnerability of the victim.
In legal documents, Hector stated that he was suddenly and severely injured, unexpectedly bleeding heavily and almost losing his sight due to the blows to his eyes.
According to court documents, Chyna called a doctor to her home to treat Hector after realizing she had injured him.
The doctor advised him to consult several specialists – like a plastic surgeon, neurologist, eye surgeon, and psychiatrist – to address his injuries.
According to court testimony, Chyna has struggled with violence and anger for years due to alcohol abuse, and her intimate partners have been the main targets of this behavior, Hector stated.

In court documents, Hector stated that he’s experienced PTSD, headaches, and difficulty sleeping due to alleged abuse by Chyna. He also claimed he suffered a broken nose, nerve damage, whiplash, facial cuts, and a permanent scar during their relationship.
Oh my god, Hector is finally standing up for himself! He actually filed legal papers saying he just wants Chyna to get the help she needs, and honestly, it’s about time someone called her out. He’s making it clear that being famous doesn’t excuse awful behavior, especially when it comes to domestic violence. It’s just…amazing to see him fighting back and demanding accountability. I’m so proud of him for doing this, and I really hope it gets her the help she clearly needs!
Hector expressed to the court his hope that the harmful actions Chyna is accused of in the lawsuit never happen to anyone, under any circumstances.
