Birthday girl Victoria Beckham blows out her candles and says she is ‘so grateful’ to her family after ‘magical’ day – despite silence from Brooklyn

Victoria Beckham celebrated her 52nd birthday on Friday and has expressed her gratitude to her family and friends.

Victoria Beckham posted a photo of her birthday cake on Instagram after celebrating her birthday on Saturday.

Victoria smiled brightly when a cake with lit candles was brought to the table for her. She was wearing a sleeveless satin dress.

After making a wish, she blew out her candles. 

Victoria wrote alongside the snaps: ‘Dream big then dream even bigger!!!

I had a wonderful day surrounded by my family and friends. I’m so thankful for all the love and support they’ve shown me, and I feel incredibly grateful.

Victoria was showered with sweet birthday messages from her family and fellow Spice Girls.

Sir David celebrated the event by sharing a photo from when he and his partner first connected, alongside a playful image referencing the famous Rolls-Royce incident.

The 50-year-old former soccer player posted a series of heartwarming and funny old photos of his wife, Victoria Beckham (known as Posh Spice), on Instagram.

David shared a photo of Victoria from the Spice Girls’ 1996 “Say You’ll Be There” music video, recalling it as the moment he first noticed her and began to fall in love.

He then posted a childhood photo of Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice), showing her standing beside her father’s Rolls-Royce.

David seemed to be enjoying himself while Victoria talked about her upbringing with the show’s creators on his 2023 Netflix series.

He cut Victoria off and asked her to confirm that her father used to drive her to school in a Rolls-Royce, a luxury car.

David shared an old photo from their 1999 honeymoon, showing them happy and in love while traveling to the South of France.

He finished his heartfelt message to the mother of four with a birthday wish: ‘Happy Birthday to the one and only Posh Spice! We love you so much and will make sure you have a truly special day. As the best wife, mom, friend, and gym partner, you deserve it. Happy Birthday, we love you!’

Romeo was the first of Victoria’s children to post a heartfelt message celebrating her birthday on social media.

Romeo shared a photo of himself with his mom and wrote a birthday message saying, ‘Happy Birthday, Mom! Love you so much, have a great day @victoriabeckham.’

He also posted a photo of them together, watching Sir David at one of his childhood football games.

Later that day, her youngest son, Cruz, posted adorable childhood photos of himself with his mother.

Interestingly, her oldest son, Brooklyn, 27, who she’s not currently close to, didn’t acknowledge her birthday.

The day before speaking publicly, Victoria discussed the couple’s separation, telling the Wall Street Journal that she and David have consistently prioritized protecting and loving their children.

Despite previously avoiding mentioning him by name, the 51-year-old mother of four has now publicly addressed their ongoing disagreement for the first time, according to the magazine.

She paused, clearly emotional, and said, “We adore our children. We’ve always done everything we could to be good parents.”

We’ve been in the public spotlight for over 30 years, and throughout it all, our main focus has always been to love and protect our children. That’s really all I want to share about this.

In January, 27-year-old Brooklyn publicly announced he was cutting off contact with his parents. In a social media post, he stated he doesn’t intend to repair their relationship and claimed they had controlled him throughout his life.
