Billionaire Peltz’s Pit Bull Attack: Housekeeper’s Shocking Lawsuit Revealed!

A previous housekeeper is filing a lawsuit against billionaire Nelson Peltz and his spouse, alleging that they allowed their aggressive pet pit bull to intimidate her, according to reports from The Daily Mail.

According to Mileydis Morejon, she was repeatedly attacked by the Peltz family’s pet while performing her tasks at their luxurious estate in Palm Beach, Florida worth around $100 million.

In an incident, the untrained animal, nicknamed Houdini, managed to tear someone’s clothing. Another time, it is claimed that this animal had to be defended against by using a vacuum cleaner.

82-year-old fast-food tycoon Nelson and his 70-year-old spouse Claudia, who are the parents of Nicola (wife of Brooklyn Beckham), refute accusations of negligence.

Actress Nicola, aged 30, is spotted snuggling with Houdini in adorable images shared on Instagram.

In the lawsuit filed by Morejon, it is claimed that the pit bull or pit bull mix in question displayed an aggressive temperament, a tendency towards violent behavior, and/or a history of attacking or attempting to attack. This information was either known or should have been recognized by the defendants.

The grievance indicates that on November 2, 2023, Houdini was unleashed and behaving erratically in a section of the oceanfront property designated for business visitors.

The lawsuit, spanning over five pages, asserts that Houdini, unexpectedly and unprovoked, swiftly moved towards and possibly tried to assault the defendant.

Morejon was ‘injured when she fell to the ground attempting to escape from Houdini’s attack.’

According to the lawsuit, on one instance Houdini tried to tear apart Plaintiff’s clothing during an apparent assault, and on another event, Plaintiff managed to repel Houdini by utilizing a vacuum cleaner.

Under a Florida law holding pet owners responsible for any harm caused by their animals to individuals, Morejon is seeking over $75,000 in compensation.

The lawsuit claims she experienced physical deformation, emotional distress, financial losses from reduced income, and recurrence of a prior health issue that resulted in additional medical expenses.

In response to the legal documents filed against him, Nelson, who hosted the lavish 2022 wedding of Nicola at his Florida mansion, which was attended by Brooklyn, the child of David and Victoria Beckham, retaliated with counterarguments.

According to his legal team, there’s no argument that he wasn’t bitten by Mr. Peltz’s dog or had any contact with it during the event in question.

Nelson, along with his former model spouse who boasts a net worth of around $1.4 billion, refuted claims that Houdini displayed aggression.

They suggested that Morejon should have expected Houdini’s behavior, given that she frequently interacted with and tidied up after him in her capacity as a housekeeper.

They asserted that the setup they received was chaotic, featuring numerous conflicting invitation lists and a supposedly overly occupied bride-to-be who was unavailable for phone conversations.

In September 2023, the dispute was resolved with Plan Design choosing to contribute to the CARE Ukraine Crisis Fund, under the names of Nicola and Brooklyn.

Nicky Nepo, who’s had modest achievements in several films and television series, has been generating buzz lately due to rumors of a family feud involving her in-laws.

At David’s latest 50th birthday events held across London, France, and the Cotswolds, it was noticeable that Nicola and Brooklyn, aged 26, were unable to attend.

The undercurrent of tension is believed to stem from their grand wedding ceremony, during which Nicola chose a bespoke Valentino gown over one designed by Victoria, who was 51 at the time.

It became known months later that the bride and her mother-in-law had developed a strained relationship and seldom communicated.
