Billi Mucklow reveals she’s ‘rebuilding myself to be stronger than ever’ in gym selfie while friends fear ex-husband Andy Carroll’s new job ‘could spark relationship woes’ with Lou Teasdale

Oh my gosh, you guys, Billi Mucklow just posted the most amazing photos on Instagram! She said she’s totally ‘rebuilding herself to be stronger than ever‘ and honestly, she looks incredible in her gym selfies! I’m so proud of her for focusing on herself and getting so fit – she’s a total inspiration!

The 38-year-old former TOWIE star displayed her fit body in a red sports bra and leggings after exercising at home.

People commented that Billi looked radiant and healthy, and many praised her physique as a sign of her thriving after her split from footballer Andy Carroll, 37, earlier this year.

Former Premier League footballer is dating make-up artist Lou Teasdale, 42. The pair are said to have met at the Glastonbury Festival two years ago.

People close to the situation worry that Andy’s new position managing the Dagenham & Redbridge football club might create friction in his relationship with Lou.

The couple have jetted off on frequent holidays as the striker has had an injury since December.

Now that he has a new job, he’ll need to concentrate on it, which might mean fewer opportunities for romantic getaways.

According to a source speaking to The Sun, Lou and Andy live a very luxurious lifestyle, and it’s easy to see why – they’re known for taking lavish vacations and traveling the world, always seeming to have a great time.

As a manager, Andy understands he needs to lead by example and really prove himself to his players, particularly because this opportunity could lead to a permanent position.

He’s been given a fantastic chance and is determined to succeed, but it will require some personal sacrifices.

Daily Mail has contacted Andy and Lou’s representatives for comment.

Just two weeks after purchasing Dagenham & Redbridge, KSI fired the team’s manager and appointed Andy as the new one, it was announced on Thursday.

The social media personality has taken his first significant action as owner of the National League South club by firing manager Lee Bradbury, age 50.

The team are currently 12th in the division.

Dagenham & Redbridge Football Club has announced that Lee Bradbury has left his position as First-Team Manager.

We sincerely thank Lee for his dedication, professionalism, and hard work during his time with the Club. He played a key role in helping to stabilize things last summer, both as a player and in other areas.

‘Dagenham & Redbridge wish him every success in his future endeavours.

Andy Carroll will temporarily lead the team, and we’ll share more information as soon as it’s available.

Andy is starting a new job while also preparing for a trial next January. He has pleaded not guilty to violating a restraining order after being accused of repeatedly contacting Billi, the mother of his three children.

As a lifestyle expert, I often talk about creating safe and healthy boundaries, and sometimes that requires legal intervention. A non-molestation order is essentially a court-issued protection order. It’s put in place when someone needs to legally prevent another person from contacting or approaching them – it’s all about ensuring their safety and peace of mind.

Breaching a non-molestation order can lead to a maximum of five years in prison.
