Billi Mucklow ditches her £200,000 wedding ring and puts on a brave face as she is seen for the first time since shock split from husband Andy Carroll

Billi Mucklow discarded her £200,000 wedding ring when she went out on Thursday following her unexpected separation from her spouse Andy Carroll.

In June of 2022, the TOWIE star, aged 36, and the footballer, 35, exchanged vows in a grand wedding in Hampshire. However, just recently they announced their plans for divorce, having quietly parted ways earlier in the year.

For the first time since the announcement of the news, Billi was spotted out and about, maintaining a composed demeanor as they caught up with a friend over coffee in Essex.

As a lifestyle aficionado, I’d say I was effortlessly chic yesterday, donning a sleek, timeless black Prada raincoat paired with form-fitting gym leggings that exuded modern elegance and practicality in perfect harmony.

Billi put on some big sunglasses to protect her eyes, and completed her laid-back attire with vibrant sneakers.

Meeting up with a friend outside a cafe, she greeted him with a hug before heading inside.  

Billi worked hard to conceal their difficulties while posting affectionate photos on social media during the recent months, despite their ongoing problems with Andy.

Her excursion takes place with rumors circulating that Andy has been getting closer to Lou Teasdale, a past makeup artist for One Direction.

It’s been disclosed by TopMob that, in recent weeks, the ex-England soccer legend and Lou – a good friend of Harry Styles – have been seen spending time with each other.

After a covert separation in July, following two years of marriage, it appears that Andy’s wife, also known as the TOWIE star Billie, has become cognizant of her former spouse’s budding friendship.

Reports indicate that at the age of 40, Lou is known to have traveled to Bordeaux, a city where he currently represents FC Girondins de Bordeaux on their team.

One shared with TopMob that Lou is quite artistic and cool, while Andy is an ex-footballer with a history of getting into trouble. Despite their differences, they have managed to connect quite well.

On multiple instances, they’ve been spotted together, and it’s known that she visited France to meet him. Billi is well-informed and has been sharing this information with her circle of friends.

It’s intriguing to ponder what connections Andy and Lou share, given their disparate backgrounds, yet they seem to have a wonderful rapport with each other.

Regardless of what is said about Andy, it’s no wonder Lou spends so much time with him because he’s incredibly good-looking.

They haven’t disclosed the details, but it’s clear they are connected somehow, as they both follow each other on Instagram. Interestingly, Carroll also keeps tabs on some of Lou’s friends, such as Louis Tomlinson and his sister Lottie.

She also has a private account where there are understood to have been pictures of her and Andy. 

Back in June 2022, I had the sheer delight of witnessing Billi and Andy’s grand nuptials at the exquisite Four Seasons in Hampshire – a venue that doesn’t come cheap at £1700 per night! Just imagine, this joyous occasion came hot on the heels of those infamous pictures of my beloved footballer, Andy, sprawled out in bed with TWO stunning blondes during his unforgettable Dubai bachelor party. But even that momentary lapse didn’t dampen the sheer excitement I felt on their special day!

Before their upcoming wedding, Andy found himself embarrassed when a picture emerged in The Sun, depicting him in bed with Taylor Jane Wilkey, a 29-year-old bar manager residing in Dubai who hails from Scarborough.

Further pictures surfaced showing that another woman, Phoebe Robb, a 28-year-old personal trainer from Leeds and Taylor’s friend, was present and sleeping with him on the same bed after an extended 17-hour drinking spree.

Photographs showed the footballer passed out as well as Taylor wearing his personalised bathrobe with ‘Andy Carroll’ embroidered on the chest.

It appears that Billi is said to have left the couple’s house due to the unusual events, seeking shelter instead with her parents. Prior to the wedding, she also removed a valuable engagement ring worth around £200,000.

At the specified time, the report stated that the reality star was insisting on Andy giving up all the pictures prior to their wedding concerning the items in question.

Apart from stating this, it was mentioned that Billi desired a comprehensive view of all images taken on the night under investigation, so as to grasp the entire incident clearly.

A friend shared with TopMob (with consent), revealing that Billi believes he’s a fool, and this sentiment is widely held among his circle of friends as well.

‘They cannot believe he got himself into that situation and are convinced it’s a set up.’

They added: ‘She currently has no plans to call off the wedding, it’s still on.

‘But if anything else comes out, that might change.

‘Andy’s certainly in the doghouse, that’s for sure.’

The couple have three children – Arlo who is nine, Wolf who is six, and Marvel who is four, in addition to Andy having two older kids, Emilie Rose, aged 15, and Lucas, aged 14, from a past relationship.

This year, Andy, a former player for Liverpool and Newcastle United as well as other high-ranking English teams, chose to join FC Girondins de Bordeaux, a fourth-tier French club, even though he acknowledged that this decision would result in financial loss.

Meanwhile, Billi stayed at their home in Essex while he left the UK to play for the lowly club. 

In an interview with RMC Sport, Andy mentioned that his monthly salary is approximately 3,500 euros (around £2,925). He explained, “I play football mainly because I enjoy it. In fact, playing for the Girondins has actually cost me money.

“I love playing football, pure and simple. I aspire to contribute to the legacy of this team, and truthfully, financial gain isn’t the primary factor in my career choices.

Meanwhile, as he departed for France, Billi continued to share loved-up posts to her Instagram. 

On June 21st, the couple graced a smile as they participated in the wedding ceremony of Newcastle’s goalkeeper, Mark Gillespie, and his spouse, Sally.

Last week, Andy made a statement saying that he and Billi had privately parted ways earlier in the year and they’re currently going through their divorce process.

Over the past few months, our family has faced some tough times, but we’re working together harmoniously to ensure a peaceful environment for our kids.
