According to a source speaking with NBC News, Nick, who has struggled with addiction in the past, was behaving strangely at the party. He reportedly interrupted Bill Hader, who was having a private conversation and told him so.

According to the source, Nick became very angry and abruptly left. Later that day, Rob and Michele Reiner were found dead.
