Lisa Snowdon looked fantastic in a bikini while doing yoga at a luxurious retreat in Vietnam, giving everyone a glimpse of her toned physique.
The 53-year-old fashion expert from This Morning is taking a break from television, but she’s staying active and engaged by focusing on her well-being.
She’s currently enjoying a relaxing vacation in Quy Nhon, staying at the luxurious Anantara Quy Nhon Villas.
Lisa shared photos from her vacation on Instagram, showing off various swimsuits.
In one photo, she was beaming as she relaxed in the pool, wearing a cowboy-esque hat and sunnies.
Another saw Lisa doing a tree pose on a rock, showing off her incredible strength and flexibility.
She wrote: ‘Quy Nhon. Found a little slice of heaven, we will be back. Full moons full happiness.’
Lisa relaxed and enjoyed a variety of tasty fruits with her fiancé, George Smart, who founded a communications firm. She was putting her feet up and taking a break.
He was seen in some of the photos, relaxing in the water as Lisa watched poolside.
The retreat starts from £398 per night for a room at the lavish villas.
Lisa has confessed she’s hesitant about marrying George, even though they got engaged eight years ago.
They first started dating over 20 years ago, when she worked as a DJ at MTV and he was in charge of the channel’s events.
The lovebirds rekindled their romance a decade ago and got engaged in 2017.
Lisa said she’s a little hesitant about getting married, worried it might alter their relationship.
Honestly, a part of me knows it probably wouldn’t be the right thing, but then I can’t help but think about my parents’ experience – their marriage didn’t work out, you know? And I’ve had people tell me straight up, ‘Don’t do it, it’ll change everything,’ which definitely gives me pause.
Honestly, I’m pretty sure things would stay exactly the same, but there’s just a small part of me – a little voice, really – that wonders if maybe, just maybe, something *could* be different.
George stated he’s eager to marry Lisa and would do so tomorrow if all their friends, who live in various locations around the globe, could be there.
He said he doesn’t believe things will improve and is prepared to be courageous enough to move forward.
Lisa shared her excitement about getting married, saying she can’t wait to refer to her partner as ‘my husband.’ She loves the sound of it and thinks ‘my husband’ is much better than ‘my fiancé’ – she’s really looking forward to using the term!
