Bikini-clad Jessica Alba shows Cash Warren what he’s missing as she’s seen for first time after divorce settlement

Jessica Alba was spotted looking radiant in a bikini shortly after finalizing her divorce from Cash Warren.

Jessica Alba, 44, seemed to be enjoying herself on a Miami getaway Sunday, possibly showing her ex-husband, 47, what he’s missing.

She confidently showed off her physique while sunbathing in a black and white string bikini.

She appeared to be relaxing and taking a break after her recent breakup, lounging with her feet propped up.

The actress, known from her roles in films like ‘Sin City,’ wore her long brown hair loose and shielded her eyes with stylish black sunglasses.

Alba changed into a black skirt and a black baseball cap with ‘LA’ on it, completing the look with simple sandals.

She ended her day at the beach by walking back to the hotel, carrying a few bags.

This news arrived shortly after she completed her divorce from Warren, a year after initially filing for the split after almost twenty years of marriage.

The ex-couple, who married impulsively in 2008 without a prenuptial agreement, have decided neither of them will receive alimony from the other.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake will share custody of their three children: 17-year-old Honor, 14-year-old Haven, and 8-year-old Hayes.

As part of their divorce settlement, Warren will receive $3 million, including their share of a $10 million Beverly Hills home they bought in 2017.

He will receive the total amount in two payments of $1.5 million each, and neither payment will be subject to taxes. The first payment will be made immediately, and the second one in one year.

Alba finalized her divorce last February and has now legally changed her name back to her maiden name.

The Daily Mail has contacted Alba’s representative for comment. 

Alba hired Laura Wasser, a leading Hollywood divorce attorney known for representing many famous clients, such as Kim Kardashian, Kevin Costner, Angelina Jolie, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez, and Johnny Depp.

Warren, who used to work in film and is the son of actor Michael Warren from Hill Street Blues, was legally represented by Adam Lipsic.

Alba and Warren separated on December 27, 2024, and Alba filed for divorce in February, citing irreconcilable differences.

I remember when the news broke about their divorce – everyone was saying it was surprisingly friendly, even though there was a lot of money on the line and, as far as I understood, no prenuptial agreement to make things simpler. TMZ reported all of that, and honestly, it seemed like they really were handling it with grace.

Jessica Alba is an actress and also co-founded The Honest Company, a brand selling beauty and baby products. Though she no longer serves as chief creative officer, she still owns 6% of the company, which is currently valued at $238.11 million.

Warren started his own company, Pair of Thieves, which sells socks and underwear. When he filed for divorce, the business was estimated to be worth around $100 million.

In January 2025, Alba revealed she and Cash were separating. She shared on Instagram that she’d spent years growing and changing, both as a person and within their relationship.

They divorced the next month, and both quickly began very public relationships with younger partners.

Warren and Hana Sun Doerr, 25, are now a couple, while Alba is dating actor Danny Ramirez, 33, who starred in Top Gun: Maverick and Captain America: Brave New World.

According to a source who spoke with Us Weekly, the age gap isn’t considered a problem for the couple following the announcement of their relationship.

Everyone seems to accept that relationships happen frequently in Hollywood, so there aren’t any problems with them dating. They genuinely support each other and are happy for one another, with no hard feelings or drama.

I was really surprised to hear that the former couple were seen together recently! Apparently, they showed up at one of Haven’s tennis matches this fall, and sources say the meeting seemed a little awkward – definitely not a warm and fuzzy reunion.

According to an eyewitness who spoke to the Daily Mail, Jessica completely ignored Cash when he showed up and throughout the entire match.

They sat with a few other people between them and didn’t talk until the event was nearly over, when Cash approached Jessica and invited her for a walk in the park.

Alba and Warren were first introduced while working on the 2004 film Fantastic Four. She starred as one of the main actors, and he worked as an assistant director on the movie.

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren had a surprise wedding at the Beverly Hills courthouse in May 2008, just before their daughter, Honor, was born.

Warren admitted he and Alba had a short break-up after four years together because he became jealous and acted badly.

In a 2023 episode of the Whine Down with Jana Kramer podcast, he revealed that he used to be very jealous early in their relationship, specifically of the attention she received from other men.

He explained that it was negatively affecting his well-being. He used to be very self-assured, but he found himself constantly feeling envious of others.

While they were separated, he realized that if they reconciled, he wanted to handle things differently – to focus his energy on something positive and constructive.
