Frida Redknapp displayed her toned body in a black bikini while on a wellness retreat in the Maldives. This came after her husband, Jamie, shared how their son Charley reacted to the news of their new baby.
On Friday, the 41-year-old Swedish model posted a photo of herself in a bikini on Instagram, looking completely relaxed as she enjoyed the sunshine.
Frida Andersson is spending October 9-13 at Soneva Fushi, participating in their well-known wellness program designed to help guests transform their wellbeing.
She announced her arrival in a beautiful location with a post saying she’s excited to relax, recharge, and find inspiration while staying at Soneva and Soneva Soul.
In another short video, the stunning Scandinavian model shared a clip of herself walking towards the beach, showcasing her fit physique in a matching brown athletic set.
She took a few days to relax and practice self-care, capturing a photo of herself enjoying a face mask and a cookie.
This relaxing getaway follows Jamie’s recent disclosure that his oldest son, Charley, was upset when he learned Jamie and Frida were expecting a child together.
Jamie Redknapp, 52, has three children: Charley, 21, and Beau, 16, with his former wife, Louise Redknapp, and a younger son, Raphael, who was born in November 2021 to his current partner, Frida.
Jamie recently told Romesh Ranganathan that he’s feeling more laid-back as a dad this time around.
The celebrity recently shared a personal story about how his older sons reacted when they found out he and Frida were expecting another child.
When asked about the hardest part of expanding their family, he explained that it was telling his children they were going to have a baby brother.
To be honest, Charley didn’t react well when I told him Frida was pregnant. I picked him up from school to share the news, but he was really upset.
Jamie, having divorced Charley’s mother Louise in 2017 after nearly two decades together, sympathized with how his son was feeling.
He explained that life felt simple when he was first married, but after falling in love again and marrying a second time, everything changed. He said, ‘It’s like your world gets flipped upside down.’
The footballer added that he knew ‘nothing was going to change from Charley and Beau’s aspect.’
In July, Jamie shared a heartfelt birthday post for Charley as he turned 21.
He expressed immense pride in the person his son was becoming, adding that he was even more proud to consider him a friend. He encouraged his son to continue working hard, believing his goals were attainable.

Louise has been in a relationship with businessman Drew Michael since 2023.
She shared with The Sun that she’s really enjoying her time with Drew. She also mentioned it took her a while to feel comfortable enough to be open about her relationships.
I used to be really closed off and anxious, but I’m now having a wonderful time connecting with someone special. He’s a genuinely kind and wonderful person.
When asked about wedding plans, she said she wasn’t considering them at all and wasn’t ready to talk about it.
I’m hoping to truly appreciate this time in my life. I’ve found someone wonderful and I’m very happy right now, but I also know that anything can happen down the road.
She mentioned in the interview that her sons have a good relationship with Drew, which simplifies things for her.
