Big Brother House Redesigned: Stars Face Toughest Challenges Yet!
As the start of the latest Celebrity Big Brother approaches soon, it seems that this season might prove to be the toughest one so far.
Despite boasting a cast that some might call its most illustrious ever, not even celebrities like Mickey Rourke and Jojo Siwa will escape the hurdles they’ll face moving forward.
This year’s event roster is exceptionally impressive, boasting notable figures like Trisha Goddard, Chesney Hawkes, and Patsy Palmer, who are rumored to participate. Their compensation packages are reportedly substantial as well.
After managing to catch a peek at the renowned dwelling, I can assure you it will be breathtakingly stunning as celebrities walk through those iconic doors on Monday.
Bathed in hues and illumination, it seems there’s no place to evade the vigilant gaze of Big Brother. The once cherished mezzanine, a sanctuary for solitude that adorned the house last year, is now just a memory, providing no more moments of seclusion for the housemates.
The house constructed this year, situated at a completely fresh site, is noticeably more compact compared to the one showcased in the civilian series of last year. Consequently, fewer areas are available for celebrities to retreat to when they require some personal space.

A minor adjustment in the design ensures that any unexpected clusters can be seen from every vantage point, as even the garden doors provide a clear line of sight right through to the bedroom.
It’s certain that the kitchen supplies will be abundant when the new housemates arrive, but it’s uncertain how long these provisions will last, particularly since some of this year’s residents might be accustomed to being served good food instantly.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: Just like everyone else, celebrities have their own grocery runs to keep their kitchens stocked, a stark contrast to the lavish dining experiences they’re accustomed to. They’ll have to play by the house rules and avoid any mischief, lest they risk losing their privileges.
Occasionally, there might be a modest indulgence in evening snacks, which includes a controlled supply of alcohol for the residents’ leisure use.
This is expected to appear frequently on the late-night live broadcast, marking the first instance where it’s being aired simultaneously on YouTube and ITVX.
In my perspective, should the stars find themselves devoid of their usual handlers and supervisors, they’d need to manage their own meals and cleanliness. The task of meal preparation and domestic duties might become a source of contention among them, as some may not relish taking on these responsibilities.
Could this lead to a surprise name facing eviction? Time will tell.
It seems that all the celebrities this year prefer personal spaces. Therefore, they will each occupy a single bedroom. Big Brother will decide when it’s time for them to retire for the night.
But by placing a prominent double bed, some initially resistant celebrities might find themselves sharing quarters, which raises speculations about potential new romantic entanglements within the household.

In a spacious bathroom this year, some prominent celebrities might unexpectedly compete for reflection time near the mirror, even though the shower areas are prominently positioned in the center of the room.
Even though the restrooms are devoid of cameras, conversations and whispered secrets can still be overheard thanks to the presence of a microphone, potentially leading to even more drama.
Once again, the living room stands as the central hub of the house, where renowned individuals will take their places on the popular couch prior to the announcement of nominations. Each live elimination will reveal if viewers have chosen to end their stay prematurely or extend it for a few additional days.
When they bid their goodbyes, they’ll exit via the conspicuously positioned departure door, which stands out due to a large star at its peak.
The Diary Room offers a tranquil respite for certain celebrities, where they can express their grievances to Big Brother, or share their emotions with the viewing audience.
The well-known chair from last year might be familiar to civilians, given its striking resemblance to the series where Ali Bromley was declared the winner.
This year, it has undergone a transformation with a starlit theme, featuring a golden polish and red drapes. Given that this is the celebrity version, these details seem fitting.
On a Friday, it was disclosed how astonishingly high the salaries of this year’s prominent figures will be, with certain individuals earning more than others.

In contrast to shows like Strictly Come Dancing where contestants receive equal pay, celebrities on Celebrity Big Brother earn salaries that vary based on their fame level; the more famous the celebrity, the higher the compensation they receive.
In the previous year, Sharon Osbourne pocketed an impressive £800,000 for a brief eight-day appearance on a reality show titled ‘celebrity lodger’. Meanwhile, her friend Louis Walsh bagged £500,000 from the same project.
In 2021, it’s Mickey Rourke from Hollywood who takes home the biggest paycheck among all housemates, with his earnings being a staggering £480,000 greater than that of the least compensated celebrity.
As the highly anticipated series is about to unfold right before my eyes, I can’t help but delve into the rumored earnings of each housemate…
Mickey Rourke

It was disclosed by TopMob that Mickey, the 1980s action star who’s now 72 years old, is receiving an enormous six-figure payment as part of his astronomical income.
Contrarily to what was earlier speculated about Mickey earning nearly £1 million, it is now disclosed that he will receive a substantial £500,000 instead for his time inside the house.
As an overly enthusiastic admirer, I can’t help but spill the beans on a juicy tidbit I heard: ‘Mickey is seen as something of a wild card, and the producers are ready to dip into their deep pockets for him. He’s unpredictable, and they’re banking on the fact that folks will be drawn in to see if he breaks under the stress.’
Jojo Siwa

Mickey’s fellow American, Jojo, ranks as the second-highest earning star in the series, based on recent reports. It seems that Jojo earns approximately £400,000 from this role.
Jojo undeniably secured a significant spot among the top signings this year. She first gained prominence on “Dance Moms” back in 2015, followed by appearances in multiple productions and a thriving music career.
According to a report in The Sun, JoJo’s representatives are likely to demand a significant sum due to US TV shows usually offering higher pay compared to their British counterparts. This is the reason they might only entertain the offer from CBB producers if it meets their financial expectations.
Instead of saying “They added that the star can ‘easily earn’ a six-figure fee without leaving the US, so leaving her life behind for a month must be ‘worth it financially’,” you could rephrase it as: The addition states that the star can easily make a six-figure salary in the U.S., which means giving up her life for an entire month should be financially justifiable.
Trisha Goddard

According to reports, it’s said that Trisha, who was once a popular talk show host, is the top-earning British celebrity from the 2025 series, taking home approximately £200,000.
Despite her battle with advanced, incurable breast cancer, resilient Trisha has decided to join Celebrity Big Brother, expressing her desire to continue cherishing the things she’s always loved by saying, “I must carry on enjoying what I have always enjoyed.
It is thought that the journalist will ‘do really well’ and ‘go far’ in the show.
Daley Thompson

The two-time Olympic gold medal winner is widely recognized as one of Britain’s top athletes, and undoubtedly, he would create quite a sensation among the younger celebrity residents.
It’s not really unexpected that he earned a £150,000 paycheck from the show, given his high profile which naturally carries a premium cost.
Michael Fabricant

It is believed that the ex-Conservative politician secured a substantial contract worth six figures, enabling them to participate in the reality series, as political figures were barred from appearing on the broadcaster’s alternative reality show, “I’m A Celebrity.
The Sun reports that Michael has agreed to a £120,000 fee.
His salary pales in comparison to ex-politicians Matt Hancock and Nigel Farage, who each received approximately £320,000 and £1.5 million, respectively.
Patsy Palmer

The EastEnders legend is known for playing feisty Bianca Jackson on and off in teh soap since 1993.
However, now that she has left her previous role behind, it is uncertain if she retains any similarities with her passionate character within the household.
It’s claimed that Patsy was given an offer of £100,000 as remuneration for her participation in the show, a figure often cited as the standard pay for a well-established character in a long-running soap opera.
Jack P Shepherd

Like his fellow soap stalwart Patsy, Coronation Street star Jack will also bag a £100,000 fee.
Over a span of 25 years, he has successfully portrayed the character David Platt, which has earned him more accolades compared to his Coronation Street co-star Colson Smith, who received £70,000 in the previous year.
Angellica Bell

Angelica, with her two-decade-long career on television and comfort before the camera, seems well-equipped to handle the challenge of participating in the Big Brother show.
Following an extraordinary journey from poverty to wealth, it’s said that she’s poised to increase her wealth with a substantial £80,000 payment.
According to a source speaking to The Sun, ‘Typically, someone with as much experience in the industry as Angellica could command figures in the six-figure range. However, she hasn’t been involved in any significant scandals or controversies that usually attract higher prices.’
Chris Hughes

Following his rise to prominence on Love Island in 2017, Chris subsequently landed a role as a sports broadcaster and frequently presents horse racing events for ITV.
And a stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house will no doubt give his career a further boost.
The muscular gentleman is expected to see an increase in his financial resources, as it’s rumored that he will receive a substantial payment amounting to approximately £45,000.
Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu’s wage isn’t as high as her fellow Love Islander, primarily because her villa stay was more recent than his, and secondly, producers were hoping she might share details about her breakup with Davide Sanclimenti on the show.
Danny Beard

The RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner – whose real name is Daniel Curtis – signed up as a late entry.
Previously, Danny drew attention following his use of profanity during Big Brother’s Late & Live broadcast in March, while impersonating fellow housemate Louis Walsh.
During the event, the guest accidentally used a forbidden word (‘c-word’), which is not permitted on the program. Immediately upon learning this, they quickly expressed their apologies.
However, the incident didn’t put off show bosses, who are said to have offered Danny £30,000.
Despite not being as well known as some, the source added that ‘drag queens don’t come cheap’.
Donna Preston

Donna is recognized not just for her appearances in various TV series and films, but also for her work as host of Apocalypse and portraying the circus ringmaster in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018).
She frequently appears on the spin-off show Late & Live and enjoys significant popularity among ITV2 viewers.
With that being said, Donna will reportedly earn the same as Danny, taking home £30,000.
Chesney Hawkes

In 1991, the singer held the number one spot on the music charts for a span of five weeks with his popular single “The One And Only.” Following this success, he went on to act in various films and television shows.
And his latest TV appearance will earn him a humble £25,000.
The timing of his appearance on CBB is being praised as ‘just right’ according to a television insider, since he’s planning to launch a new album in April.
According to reports, Chesney’s appearance on the show, labeled as a “unique booking,” isn’t driven by money, but rather the attention it brings, which benefits him significantly given the upcoming release of his album.
Ella Rae Wise

Rounding off the list is TOWIE star Ella, who is this year’s lowest earning housemate.
The attractive woman with blonde hair is rumored to receive £20,000 as her earnings, which is £480 less than the American actor, Mickey Rourke.
Some people believe that several aspects have influenced Ella’s rate, among them is the observation that The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) no longer possesses the popularity it once had. This decline in influence means that Ella may not be able to demand the higher fees that some previous TOWIE stars were able to secure in the past.
Furthermore, although Ella boasts a substantial social media presence, it doesn’t quite match up to Chris from Love Island, who boasts an impressive 2 million Instagram followers as opposed to Ella’s 340,000.
TopMob have contacted Celebrity Big Brother representatives for comment.
