Bianca Wallace responded to Alice Evans’ accusations that Ioan Gruffudd is buying her expensive Rolex watches with a mysterious Instagram update on Monday.

In her recent court document, Alice accused the actor from the Fantastic Four of failing to make his required child and spouse payments to her, instead using the money to buy costly gifts for his fiancé Bianca.

Currently, Bianca has responded with a post, displaying her recently acquired art deco timepiece from popular retailer Olivia Burton, which comes at a price of £169.

As an obsessed fan, I couldn’t help but notice the apparent jab at Alice from Bianca. She flaunted a golden bracelet adorned with the words, “Never forget your worth,” reminding me of her unwavering confidence.

After shocking court documents, Alice alleges that Ioan ceased making child and spouse payments to her starting in April.

Based on a court document obtained by TopMob in late July, Alice stated that she was experiencing severe financial hardships, falling behind on rent and utility bills, and finding it difficult to provide adequate food for her two daughters, Ella (14) and Elsie (10).

She alleged Ioan and Bianca have been travelling the world and recently bought new Rolex watches.

Because their eldest daughter, Ella, has Instagram, her lawyers said this was a breach.

The documents indicate that Evans’ legal team reached out to Gruffudd’s lawyers via email to request the removal of Bianca’s Instagram post without receiving a reply. In the post, Bianca employed the use of ‘we,’ suggesting her fiancé shared her perspective.

2021 marked the year of Evans’ separation, following which there were numerous heated posts from her on social media and other platforms. Currently, she’s under a restraining order, preventing her from responding directly in the immediate aftermath.

Evans made an urgent appeal for funds in the filing. He mentioned that his income is limited, with only around $300 in monthly royalties. (Meaning: Evans wrote a letter asking for money right away. He stated that he has very little money each month and earns approximately $300 from royalties.)

1. I’ve depleted all my personal savings by covering the fees of past lawyers in this case and my related costs.

‘I have some personal property, such as vintage designer items, held in storage, that I could possibly sell, but they are in danger of being sold at auction because I cannot pay the monthly storage fee (Ioan stopped paying post-separation even though our daughters’ childhood mementos are stored there.)’

It’s a challenging reality that many people face, and it serves as a reminder of the importance of community and compassion.

As a lifestyle expert, I understand that sometimes life throws us unexpected challenges. I find myself in a difficult situation where providing food for my kids feels like an uphill battle. On the other hand, I’ve got a friend named Ioan who seems to be living his best life. He’s constantly jetting off to different parts of the world. Unfortunately, when it came time for him to appear in court for custody matters, Ioan was unable to make it due to his travels to the UK. In simpler terms, while I’m battling to feed my kids and deal with everyday life challenges, Ioan is enjoying the perks of frequent global travel.

From the information on his Instagram account and press statements, it appears that starting from April 2024, he visited the United Kingdom (Cardiff), Sardinia, Rome (Italy), Spain, and Seattle.

According to news reports, Ioan bought an costly engagement ring for his bride-to-be, and more recently, they have both treated themselves to new Rolex timepieces.

1. In 2007, prior to marrying Ioan, she admitted that she had agreed to a prenuptial contract. This agreement stipulates that she would receive 20% of his income as spousal support in case of divorce, or 10% if they have children together.

I’ve adhered scrupulously to the arrangement where I was supposed to receive $3,000 a month as interim child support and $7,000 a month in spousal support. However, Gruffudd has only met his obligation regarding the spousal support from December 2023 to April 2024. Since then, I’ve not received a dime from him.

During the marriage, her lawyer claims, he made an annual income ranging from half a million to one million dollars (approximately $41,667 to $83,333 per month) in contrast to his average monthly earnings of $21,000 in 2023.

1. As a devoted follower, I’ve learned that Gruffudd reportedly earns an estimated 10,000 dollars or more per month, according to his tax returns, and he also allegedly received around $390,000 from the sales proceeds of his house in December 2023.

In this situation, Alice’s low income of a few hundred dollars per month creates a significant gap in the ability to cover fees compared to Ioan. According to his Income and Expense Declaration filed on January 24, 2024, Ioan reported an average monthly income of $21,023 for the past 36 months and $18,264 for the previous 12 months.

In addition, Ioan has secured film roles including the newly released “Bad Boys 4” and pocketed around $390,000 from his home sale in December 2023.

I’ve been eagerly following the developments of this situation and was initially thrilled to learn that the financial issues were supposed to go to trial as early as April 2024. But, oh boy, my excitement was short-lived when I recently discovered that the trial has now been pushed back all the way to August!

According to the recent court document, Alice’s attorney explains that she needs financial aid from the public as she currently cannot afford to care for herself and her kids on her own.

1. It seems clear that the financial trial is set for several months down the line, and without the guidance of spousal support, I find myself in a difficult position to make ends meet until then, much like Alice.

Ioan’s higher earning capacity and extravagant living expenses make him capable of providing spousal support according to the guidelines. Therefore, Alice asks for child and spousal support in accordance with the established standards.

The issue of custody has been settled, with both parties signing a stipulation two months ago. 

After a long assessment by a child custody specialist, it was decided that Evans would have full custody, contrary to Gruffudd’s desire for an equal 50-50 agreement.

Since May 2023, Janina Verano, Gruffudd’s lawyer, states that he hasn’t met his children outside of reunification therapy sessions. Moreover, he hasn’t utilized the court-granted privilege for three weekly phone calls. The reunification therapy concluded in February this year.

I’ve noticed that Ioan hasn’t reached out to the kids through phone calls or replied to their text messages since last May.

Back in August 2022, I had to extend the terms of my agreement for another three years, which unfortunately means I can’t share anything related to Gruffudd or Wallace on my platforms until then.

Last June, when Ella was 13 years old, she requested a restraining order towards Gruffudd following an unruly custody visit.

As a seasoned fan with years of dedication under my belt, I must say, I found myself seething with frustration when my dad decided to bring his new live-in girlfriend along for our latest overnight visit. You see, I had made it clear in the past that I wasn’t comfortable meeting her, but he seemed to have overlooked those conversations entirely. This sudden change in our family dynamic was a harsh reminder of how quickly life can alter, and the importance of honoring personal boundaries. It left me feeling disrespected and upset, as if my feelings and preferences were secondary to his new relationship.
