BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) Season 4 2025 kicks off tomorrow with exclusive TV coverage

The highly anticipated and significant unofficial major tournament for Battlegrounds Mobile India, known as the Battlegrounds Mobile Masters Series (BGMS) Season 4 of 2025, is nearly here. Just as in previous years, this season they have collaborated with Star Sports to broadcast the tournament live on television.

In the realm of Battle Grounds Mobile India Esports, BGMS stands out as a singularly unique tournament. This year, Nodwin Gaming is introducing an exclusive event tailored specifically for female BGMI esports players, along with open qualifiers for others to participate. The BGMS Season 4 kicks off on the 18th of August and concludes on the 14th of September.

BGMS Season 4: Schedule and Format

League Stage

This year’s BGMS tournament has introduced an interesting change in its structure. The event consists of three main segments: Preliminary Round, Elimination Round, and Semifinals. A total of 24 teams have been invited to compete, and they will play matches in a league format against each other. Once the group stage is over, the top four teams according to the points table will move on to the Grand Finals.

1. Teams that rank from 5 to 12 during the competition will move forward to participate in the Semi-finals of BGMS.
2. The 12 teams at the bottom of the ranking will take part in the Playoffs.
3. The Group stage of the competition is set to begin on August 18th and will continue until September 7th.

Playoffs and Semi-finals

Starting and concluding on the 9th of September, the Playoffs begin where the top 4 teams from the Battlegrounds Challengers Series will be added to the existing 12 teams. These teams will then face off against each other. The top 8 teams that emerge from these battles will progress to the BGMS Semi-finals.

In the Semi-finals, the best 8 teams from the league stage and the top 8 teams from the Playoffs will be combined. From this group, the top 12 teams will advance to the Grand Finals. The Semi-finals are scheduled to begin on the 10th of September and conclude on the 11th of September.

The Semi-finals will see the merge of the top 8 teams from the league stage and the Playoffs’ best 8 teams. The ensuing competition will determine the qualification of the top 12 teams for the Grand Finals. The exciting Semi-finals kick off on the 10th of September and conclude on the 11th of September.

Grand Finals

As a gamer, I’m super hyped for the Grand Finals of the Battlegrounds Mobile Masters Series 2025 Season 4!
