Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles reveals she lost Malibu bungalow in LA fires: ‘my sacred happy place’

Tina Knowles, Beyonce’s mom, shared that her Malibu cottage was destroyed by the destructive wildfires sweeping across Los Angeles.

Starting from Tuesday, the region encountered its most severe windstorms in more than ten years, igniting fires in both Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. These fires have razed numerous buildings and taken at least five lives within the last 72 hours.

Approximately 130,000 individuals have been advised or ordered to leave their homes, with emergency services readying search dogs specially trained to locate human remains for deployment.

A fire in the Pacific Palisades region has burned down several star-owned properties, among them are homes belonging to Paris Hilton, Jeff Bridges, Anthony Hopkins, John Goodman, James Woods, and Miles Teller.

Currently, Tina sadly disclosed that her beachfront home in Malibu was destroyed by the same fire – mere days following her joyous 71st birthday celebration at the location.

My beloved haven, my cherished sanctum, the very heart of my joy – it’s been ripped away! Alas, it’s no more!” I lamented on Instagram, prior to honoring the memory of the five souls lost.

The message she sent included a video showing the beautiful ocean view from her bungalow, where it seemed like dolphins were occasionally popping up above the waves.

On my birthday last weekend, this was the view I cherished from my cozy waterside bungalow in Malibu – my beloved hideaway, my serene haven, and my cherished happy place. Sadly, it’s no longer there!” She lamented in her post.

May goodness favor all the courageous firefighters, both men and women, who faced perilous situations. We express our deep gratitude for your selfless devotion, valor, and the countless lives you’ve managed to protect.” She went on to say this.

Tina observed that it could’ve been far more devastating without the commitment of the disaster response teams and emergency personnel. She feels deeply saddened for those who tragically lost five family members. Her heartfelt sympathies go out to them.

To those who have tragically lost their homes and possessions, I can hardly fathom the emotional turmoil of losing your material belongings. My empathy, thoughts, and heartfelt prayers are with each and every one of you during this difficult time as I cannot even begin to comprehend the anguish, distress, and terror you must be experiencing.

She expressed: “I’m fervently hoping for the best for our magnificent city, Los Angeles!! Despite the hardships, we are strong and will rebound! This challenging period will eventually end.
