Fox is developing a new version of the beloved show Bewitched. The original series, which starred Elizabeth Montgomery as the witch Samantha and her husband Darrin, a regular man, aired for eight seasons on ABC.
After more than 50 years, Fox is developing a new take on the classic show Bewitched, according to Deadline. Like the original, the story will center on a couple from very different backgrounds: Samantha, who is a witch, and Darrin, who is human. They’ll face challenges as they try to build a life together, including dealing with unsupportive parents and the cultural differences between their families and lifestyles.
