Bethenny Frankel hilariously describes her ‘trainwreck’ wardrobe malfunction at the It Ends With Us premiere
Oh, Bethenny Frankel! My dear, oh-so-relatable queen of chaos! From one fan who’s lived through countless wardrobe malfunctions and last-minute fashion disasters, I must say, your mishap at the It Ends With Us premiere was a masterclass in grace under pressure.
At the New York City premiere of “It Ends With Us,” Bethenny Frankel experienced an unexpected wardrobe issue.
Despite donning a breathtakingly beautiful ruching pink number by Dolce & Gabbana, adorned with lace-up detailings on the side, at the event, I found myself in a bit of a pickle shortly after gracing the red carpet, as one of my straps decided to give up on me.
As a seasoned socialite and entrepreneur like Blake Lively, I know a thing or two about glamour and high-profile events. But even for someone as skilled as her, it takes just one misstep to turn a red carpet affair into an unforgettable disaster. I’ve been there myself, many times in fact, when a seemingly perfect evening suddenly spirals out of control before it even begins. It’s all part of the rollercoaster ride that comes with living life in the public eye and learning to embrace the unexpected twists and turns along the way.
Still, she managed to salvage the night with the help of a towel and her sense of humor, some margaritas and laughter.
‘I suppose ‘it ends with us’ but it begins with me making a jackass out of myself…,’ she wrote.
She added, ‘P.S. Blake was stunning, and I just happened to cross paths with Anna Wintour near the popcorn stand – I let out an audible gasp! She’s sending my Met Gala invitation via mail, and we’ve arranged a shopping date at TJ Maxx.’
She went on to describe the evening as ‘perfectly unhinged.’
When her strap malfunctioned, the television personality mentioned that it began to drizzle, at which point she employed a towel to shield her gown, preventing the somewhat transparent material from becoming more translucent due to the rain.
She said, “The strap on my dress slipped off, and since I was caught in the rain, my beautiful shoes got wet.”
Frankel went on to say, “‘Things have fallen apart.’ I’m unable to leave. That’s why no one ever invites me out. It’s absolutely chaotic.”
Prior to attending the glamorous premiere of Blake Lively’s film, she posted a TikTok video showing her preparations for the evening’s outfit.
She declared, “This gown is from Dolce & Gabbana,” as she spun around to display every aspect of the dress.
“I’ve owned it for approximately five years, and I’ve been patiently waiting for the right opportunity. It just seemed fitting to gift it to Blake Lively.”
Luann de Lesseups recently gave an update on the status of her feud with Bethenny.
She shared that she doesn’t know why the star still has her blocked on social media.
After years of ups and downs in our relationship, I thought we had finally reached a point of understanding and resolution. However, I found myself taken aback when, out of the blue, she blocked me on social media. Despite our recent reconciliation, this action felt like a step backwards, causing me to hesitate about the state of our peace. It’s hard not to see it as a barrier that prevents us from moving forward in a positive direction. This experience has taught me that even when things seem to be going well, there can still be unexpected obstacles that threaten to derail progress.
‘If we made peace then why are you blocking me on social media?’
