Bethenny Frankel turned heads in a revealing swimsuit while soaking up the sun on a Miami beach on Tuesday.
Oh my gosh, did you SEE her?! Our queen, at 55, absolutely shining in the new Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue – the 2026 one, of course! I was practically melting just looking at photos of her basking in the sun before she gracefully slipped into the water. She’s just…perfection.
The former Real Housewives of New York City star showed off a striking black swimsuit with a low-cut front and a slim belt cinched at the waist.
Frankel had long, dark hair that cascaded down her shoulders, and she topped it off with a tan sunhat.
She casually carried a Dior tote bag, holding just a few essentials as she enjoyed the beach.
The celebrity completed their outfit with eye-catching gold bracelets and stylish black sunglasses.
Frankel was seen walking with a friend and took off her hat to cool off in the ocean.
This news follows the recent announcement that the personality will appear in the 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
The actress looked stunning in a patterned bikini and matching shorts while posing for a photo in Loreto, Mexico. She gazed at the camera with a captivating expression.
Her hair was neatly parted down the middle and flowed in beautiful waves past her shoulders. The next issue will come out in May 2026.
Although this marks Frankel’s first appearance in the pages of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, she’s worked with the brand before.
She showed off her fit physique last year while modeling bikinis at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit show in Miami Beach.
The reality star recently shared with the Daily Mail how she maintains her fitness, revealing that hitting the gym isn’t part of her routine.
I don’t have a workout routine. I just try to stay active by incorporating movement into my daily life – things like walking and simply being on the go. I don’t push myself to exercise; I just walk, and that’s how I stay moving.
Another way that she stays fit is having a ‘healthy relationship with food and exercise.’
Frankel described her approach to wellness as finding balance. She explained that she doesn’t follow a strict routine, sometimes prioritizing exercise and healthy eating, and other times allowing herself to relax and enjoy treats.
Like most people, I have periods where my interests change, but I always find my way back to what’s important. It’s about finding a healthy balance in life, not going to either extreme.
She also offered insight into her skincare regime for a youthful complexion.
My skincare routine is all about consistency. I cleanse, tone, apply vitamin C serum, then layer on moisturizing creams and sunscreen. I also regularly use masks, exfoliators, and deeper cleansing treatments, but mainly I stick with products I know work for me and use them consistently.
The TV personality said she prefers to wear as little makeup as possible, only using it when she feels she needs to.
I only wear makeup when necessary, and I always remove it immediately afterward. It’s important to let your skin breathe, and I try to keep my skincare routine simple and avoid using too many products, the mother explained.
After walking the runway last year, she used Instagram to tell her fans that her body was completely natural.
I don’t lift weights. My body looks the way it does because I only do natural exercises, and I’ve always done them this way.
I often go long periods without working out, and sometimes I’ll have days where I don’t do any physical activity at all, but I always find my way back to exercising.
Frankel encouraged her followers to have ‘a good relationship with food and exercise.’
It’s not about pushing yourself to the point of exhaustion or self-harm. You don’t need to be overly critical or put yourself down. Focusing on genuine well-being is a much healthier approach.
The actress has openly discussed her recent health issues, sharing in January that she was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease.
She recently shared that a visit to her kidney doctor led to a health setback.
Frankel revealed she’s been diagnosed with stage 3a chronic kidney disease, and her doctor also found a growth on her liver.
She clarified that supplements can have varying effects on individuals, impacting different people and different parts of their bodies in unique ways.
He explains that while moringa and turmeric can be problematic for kidneys, it’s important to remember that all supplements impact individuals uniquely – there’s no single way they affect everyone.
I was really concerned to hear that my doctor said my kidneys have shown some damage, likely from that severe allergic reaction I had years ago. But she reassured me it’s not serious enough to require medication or cause major alarm right now, which is a relief.
She stressed how important it is to stay hydrated, and shared that she sometimes forgets to drink enough water herself.
He acknowledged the numbers can change, and while this current result isn’t ideal, it’s not cause for major concern. He recommended getting retested in a few months.
The former Real Housewives of New York City star shared that he’s a doctor at Johns Hopkins. She admitted to feeling anxious and nauseous, but said she’s trying to stay calm.
