Ben Affleck Surprises Homeless Man with Cash After $25M Movie Opening Weekend
Over the weekend, Ben Affleck was spotted offering assistance and showing kindness to a homeless individual in Los Angeles by extending a helping hand.
While en route to attend his child’s school performance with his former spouse, Jennifer Garner, the 52-year-old actor spotted a person holding a sign. He reached into his vehicle for some cash and passed it to the individual through the car window.
Following the debut of his latest film, The Accountant 2, it raked in an impressive $24.5 million during its opening weekend.
Later, he was seen parking and getting out of his car to meet up with his family.
The Gone Girl alum kept a stoic composure as he strolled outside to his destination.
He wore a relaxed but fashionable outfit, combining his favorite knitted sweater with a mid-tone denim jacket and some medium-washed blue jeans.
A person who has a passion for sneakers, and just shared his reason for not purchasing pricey footwear for his son Samuel despite his claimed wealth of $150 million, opted for vibrant, low-profile shoes in red and blue for his laid-back weekend outing.
Affleck has three kids – Violet (age 19), Fin (age 16), and Samuel (age 12) – who he shares with his former spouse, Jennifer Garner.
He was previously married to the Elektra actress from 2005 to 2018.
He had been wedded to Jennifer Lopez for two years, but they’ve since parted ways following their second marriage.
Earlier this week, a source claimed to In Touch that the Oscar winner is ‘dating again.’
Despite the lingering impact of his latest heartbreak, it’s been shared that Ben hasn’t abandoned hope for love.
Instead, it has been stated that he is apparently eager to encounter someone fresh, given that the source suggests that the actor thrives most when he experiences the reassurance of being in a committed relationship.
Approximately a week and a half ago, Affleck marked the opening of his newest film, The Accountant 2, in cinemas on April 25th.

The movie is a follow-up to his action-packed thriller that goes by the same name, which was first shown to audiences back in 2016, approximately ten years ago.
In its initial domestic release, the film opened at position three during its first weekend. However, it has already earned double the amount of its director’s greatest box office flop, Live By Night.
In his new movie, Affleck stars opposite Jon Bernthal and J.K. Simmons.
Since its debut at SXSW and subsequent release, The Accountant 2 has been met with widespread praise from critics.
Conversely, the initial movie was a hit at the box office, but it didn’t receive the same positive response, which might be why the sequel took so long to come out.
In the next installment, Affleck once again plays Christian Wolff, the skilled forensic accountant. This time, he joins forces with his distant and extremely dangerous brother to pursue enigmatic killers.
The Accountant 2 is now playing in theaters.
