On a Friday in Boston, Ben Affleck was part of a family outing at a baseball game, where he portrayed a loving family member alongside his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and their children.

In simpler terms, the Oscar-winning individual, aged 52 (who has been divorced from Jennifer Lopez), visited a Red Sox game while making a trip to the state of Massachusetts, where he was raised, after a recent release of a revenge song by his ex-wife.

As an over-the-moon fan, I found myself seated right beside Garner, the venerable actress who’s turned 53, and two of her enchanting offspring – Fin, the charmer aged 16, and Samuel, the 13-year-old dynamo. However, our eldest, Violet, the radiant 19-year-old, was conspicuously missing from the electrifying Fenway Park scene that day.

Affleck was wed to the actress who starred in 13 Going On 30 from 2005 up until their divorce became official in 2018. Despite the split, they’ve managed to keep a cooperative and amicable parenting arrangement.

For the excursion, Ben opted for a laid-back look with a tan short-sleeved shirt and wore a green hat bearing the logo of the Boston Red Sox on it.

Jennifer demonstrated her backing by donning a striped, short-sleeved shirt, featuring the team’s colors, red and white.

Originally, the ex-pair found themselves nestled amongst their two offspring while they observed the Red Sox competing against the Tampa Bay Rays.

Affleck hails from California initially, but he moved with his family to Massachusetts and later established residence in Cambridge, a city situated to the northwest of Boston.

Regardless of their separation, Ben and Garner continue to foster a harmonious bond as they co-parent their three kids.

In the last month of June, the actress, who is currently in a relationship with John Miller, posted a touching tribute for Father’s Day dedicated to her former spouse.

Back then, I was absolutely thrilled when she shared a seldom-seen snapshot from the past, featuring none other than the captivating actor from Gone Girl. In this heartwarming image, one of our little bundles of joy, a fresh newborn at the time, was peacefully nestled on his chest.

Jennifer wrote: ‘Three favorites have a Happy Father’s Day at their best place to land.’

On multiple instances, they’ve been seen together, like the time they reunited to collect their son Samuel from the airport just last month.

Earlier in March, Affleck also made loving remarks towards Garner during an interview with GQ. 

He thought about the divorce from Jennifer Lopez, as well as the relationship he shared with Garner, after they both parted ways.

In an interview, Ben Affleck expressed his gratitude for having Jennifer Garner, the mother of his children, as an exceptional co-parent and partner. He went on to praise her as a fantastic individual, with whom he collaborates effectively.

During his separation from Lopez, Affleck found comfort from his former spouse. Notably, he celebrated the holidays with Garner and their kids towards the end of the previous year.

In January, it became known that he and the singer of “On The Floor” resolved their divorce, which she initiated back in August 2024 on the occasion of their second wedding anniversary.

Lopez has been quite active lately, and she recently unveiled six fresh tunes at a private event attended by just 30 fortunate listeners this month – one song appears to be hinting at her divorce from Ben.

One tune that she shared with her followers was called “Wreckage Of You”, and during an interview with Us Weekly, a guest named Edgardo Luis Rivera discussed this song.

He mentioned that it’s a popular-style ballad, which she claimed she co-wrote and recorded just two weeks back. According to her, the concept for the song emerged while she was resting in bed after a tiring day of tour rehearsals.

Edgardo added, ‘She shared that the previous year posed significant challenges for her, both in her personal life and her career. Due to these challenges, she was forced to postpone her tour and dedicate more time to her own wellbeing.’

Another fan who had attended the listening party offered their thoughts on Wreckage Of Me.

The song is described as being deeply moving and inspiring, telling the story of leaving a relationship and emerging even stronger.

Alongside the original set, Lopez performed five more tunes, namely “Birthday”, “Free”, “Up All Night”, “Save Me Tonight”, and “Regular”.

Additionally, she executed the vengeance song during the launch of her international summer tour titled Up All Night, which took place in Spain.

In a video clip showing her performing, J.Lo shared some insights about the song during her conversation with the audience.
