According to the latest news, Ben Affleck appears contented as he gradually settles into his preferred neighborhood with a new residence, while his divorce from Jennifer Lopez progresses.
The 52-year-old actor, who was recently seen picking up takeout at his newly acquired residence, seems to be managing quite nicely in the wake of his legal separation from another prominent A-list actor, aged 55.
On Monday, a source informed the publication that Ben is “in good shape” and “gradually settling into his new residence,” as moving vans have been spotted at the shared home he has with JLo.
The source shared: “He’s right where he desires – near his cherished children and in a community that he adores.”
‘He enjoys working too, and is very focused on the positives.’
It appears, according to a source who spoke to the weekly, that his former wife Jennifer is managing quite well under the circumstances. Remarkably, she continues to express gratitude for her situation and acknowledges some lingering sadness over their separation.
According to the source, she put in a tremendous effort to ensure things ran smoothly, yet it seemed to hold no significance for Ben. Currently, she is enveloped by the love and support of her loved ones, including her children.
Despite the challenges posed by her divorce, she consistently maintains an optimistic perspective, managing to push through and keep moving ahead.

This action was taken on what would have been their second wedding anniversary, which they celebrated at his $8.9 million estate located on an 87-acre property within the Hampton Island Preserve, Georgia.
It’s said that since the two-time Grammy nominee and the two-time Oscar-winning director didn’t have a prenup, whatever wealth they accumulated throughout their marriage is considered shared property.

In the biographical film by William Goldenberg set for release in December at selected theaters, the creator-actor from Atlas will depict Judy Robles, the actual mother of wrestling champion Anthony Robles who has a disability.
In a twist of roles, the leading figure in “Air” both directs and produces the upcoming reinterpretation of “Kiss of the Spider Woman,” helmed by Bill Condon. The production features Jennifer portraying three distinct characters: Leni Lamaison, Marta, and the Spider Woman.
