Bec Judd reveals her exact workout regime and how she stays looking so youthful at 41

As a lifestyle expert with decades of experience under my belt, I must commend Rebecca Judd for her remarkable fitness regime and natural beauty. Her approach to health and wellness is truly inspiring, especially her preference for social sports over gym workouts, which aligns with my own belief that exercise should be enjoyable and not a chore.

Rebecca Judd has revealed the workout regime that keeps her in incredible shape.

During an Instagram Q&A session on Thursday, the wife of an AFL player revealed her methods for maintaining a fit and lean figure at the age of 41.

One fan asked Bec ‘what is your workout routine?’ and the influencer responded with a photo of herself playing netball.

Above the picture, she jotted down her routine of workouts and habits that help keep her healthy.

According to Bec, she practices Pilates every seven days, plays golf on a weekly basis, engages in cardio exercises like tennis for two sessions each week, and plays netball once a week.

Apart from being a mom of two, she additionally shared that her absence from the gym often stems from a shortage of motivation.

I find it more engaging to participate in group activities or sports, as I often lack the drive when working out on my own, which can feel quite monotonous.

It comes after Bec denied rumours her dazzling smile is in fact thanks to a set of veneers. 

For many years, Bec has stood as an iconic symbol of timeless elegance, endorsing various skincare brands, facial therapies, and non-surgical rejuvenation methods that help maintain her radiant appearance.

She’s maintained for twenty years that she hasn’t undergone any plastic surgeries or cosmetic treatments. Instead, she attributes her youthful appearance to a healthy lifestyle and high-quality skincare products.

On a Wednesday, people who follow the co-founder of Jaggad questioned her personally if any cosmetic procedures were involved.

‘Do you have veneers Bec?’ one person asked during an Instagram Q&A. 

Replying with a close up shot of her pearly whites, Bec firmly shut down the suggestion. 

‘No, these are all mine,’ she began in her caption. 

‘I had braces when I was 15, Invisalign recently, and [I do] at home whitening often.

‘You can see the Invisalign grips still on my teeth in this pic.’ 

The zoomed in photograph showed the small imperfections in Bec’s smile and the clear, removable aligners on her upper canine teeth. 

“I must return to the dentist to get some braces taken off, as I have a long-term wire attached to my lower teeth for alignment purposes.

Back in 2015, it came to light that the model had been given some rather stern feedback on her smile when she was only fifteen years old.

Upon becoming part of Vivien’s Modeling Agency in Perth, I was advised to prioritize my education, have any dental issues addressed, and afterwards, focus on my modeling career.

It seems that the ex-TV host has undoubtedly put effort into preserving her neat, bright teeth ever since she became a public figure, suggesting she takes dental care seriously.

Regardless of the continuous rumors, Bec has consistently stood by her assertion that she keeps her radiant skin through facial peels and skincare items.

Becky, who is married to Chris Judd and has four children – Tom and Darcy, twins aged eight, Billie, ten, and Oscar, twelve – has been a representative for The Skincare Company since 2016 and has been a loyal customer since 2014. She frequently recommends it on social media as her preferred choice for maintaining flawless skin.

At the Flawless Rejuvenation clinic in Melbourne, the WAG frequently undergoes routine, non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
