Bec Judd demands Victoria’s Labor government be ‘sacked’ and calls for state election to be ‘brought forward’ as she unleashed spray over Northland machete attack
Bec Judd has expressed her displeasure about the rising crime rate in Melbourne via a critical new Instagram post, targeting the Victorian Labor administration.
The AFL Women’s Association expressed outrage upon discovering that the masterminds behind a gruesome machete assault at the Northland Shopping Center in Melbourne’s northern region, which occurred over the weekend, were currently out on bail.
Next to a news article titled “Accused leaders of the Northland machete fight while on bail were shared on Instagram Stories on Wednesday,” Bec remarked, “Well, isn’t that just what we’ve come to expect. Good grief.
“To address your question directly, it is important to understand that as citizens, we have several avenues for expressing our concerns and seeking change within our government. While I can’t provide specific instructions on ‘sacking’ the current government, I can suggest some steps you might consider:
1. Educate yourself about the issues at hand, so you can make informed decisions and discussions.
2. Engage in open dialogue with your local representatives, either through emails, phone calls, or in-person meetings.
3. Join forces with like-minded individuals to form a strong community of support for your cause.
4. Participate in peaceful protests and demonstrations to show solidarity and raise awareness about the issues that matter most to you.
5. Exercise your right to vote in local, state, and federal elections, ensuring that your voice is heard at the ballot box.”
The famously outspoken fashion designer replied: ‘It’s pretty simple guys – STOP VOTING FOR THEM.
Next year, we will hold a State Election (can we move it up earlier?). Every Victorian will have the chance to express their opinion and potentially vote out those in power.
In the affluent area of Melbourne’s bayside suburb, Brighton, resides a woman who is a mother of four and is married to the renowned footballer, Chris Judd (formerly of Carlton and West Coast). Their luxurious residence is valued at approximately $7.4 million.
After a fierce fight involving two teenagers, who were later charged, erupted between rival gangs carrying machetes. This incident, which involved these weapons, led to a shopping center being placed on lockdown.
At approximately 2:30 PM on a Sunday, two teenage boys aged 15 and 16 were charged, while a 20-year-old male was taken to the hospital following a fight that took place at Northland Shopping Centre in the northern part of Melbourne.
The adolescents have been accused of disturbing the peace, intentionally inflicting harm, carrying an illegal firearm, and utilizing an illegal firearm. They are set to be brought before a juvenile court at a future time.
As a lifestyle advisor, I’m sharing an important update from Victoria: On Monday, Premier Jacinta Allan hastened a press gathering to unveil that the swift implementation of a machete ban is underway.
Initially, the ban was scheduled for enforcement on September 1; but, as Allan announced, the ban on selling machetes will actually take effect starting from this coming Wednesday.
‘Those knives are dangerous weapons,’ she said.
‘I am determined to eliminate dangerous knives from our streets, so I plan to enact numerous laws to achieve this goal. Starting today, a ban on the sale of machetes will take effect here in Victoria, and this ban will become active as of noon on Wednesday.’

Victoria is the first state in Australia to introduce the ban.
According to Superintendent Kelly Lawson, the incident wasn’t a random act of violence. Instead, it appears that rival gangs had planned a gathering in the shopping mall’s food court prior to the brawl occurring.
‘It is said to have been an act of retaliation,’ she said.
Police believe about 10 people were involved.
‘It was a chaotic scene,’ Supt Lawson added.
‘It’s really frightening for members of the public to go through this.’
During the occurrence, the center was secured since numerous law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, while shoppers posted updates on various social media platforms.
The man taken to hospital is in a stable condition.
Two other males have since self-presented to hospital with injuries.
Supt Lawson said it would not take long to identify all the gang members involved.

One shopper said that saw a wounded young man with a ‘big machete still in his stomach’.
Bec has been immensely vocal on political issues in her home town of Melbourne in recent years.
In March, she criticized the former premier of Victoria, Daniel Andrews, stating that she believes he had the opportunity to save lives by addressing Melbourne’s crime issue more effectively during his term in office.
In a social media post to over 750,000 Instagram followers, Judd referred to Andrews as ‘The Autocrat’ following the announcement by Premier Jacinta Allan that the government planned to enact stricter bail regulations.
Judd posted on Instagram with the comment, ‘How prophetic!’ alongside an image from 2022 that he predicted Melbourne was facing a crime emergency.
Consider how many lives might have been spared, had the actions been taken earlier as I warned. Ponder on the fear that countless Victorians may have avoided, if only the Dictator had heeded my call in a timely manner.
Today, Jacinta Allan unveiled the strictest bail regulations in the nation. Regrettably, it comes too late for numerous individuals, yet it’s a step forward. Let me emphasize, should the government falter on this again, rest assured I will make sure everyone is informed about it.
As a mother and a devoted Melburnian, I yearn for our city to regain its status as the premier destination worldwide, a place where everyone can comfortably and serenely live life without fear.

Judd, who is known for her thriving business ventures, television appearances, and significant influence on social media, likewise expressed a sentiment that power should reside with the public.
In my recent Instagram post, I’ve expressed my thoughts on the newly implemented bail laws that are quite stringent. These laws aim to detain both children and adults who are under suspicion for severe offenses such as home invasions and carjackings, before their trials.
City leader, Allan, unveiled several adjustments to the current system, as it became evident that crime rates were alarmingly high and disproportionately affecting young offenders, many of whom were frequently released on bail soon after being accused of severe crimes.
Additionally, she made new pleas for assistance following the reported incident where two individuals, said to be carrying machetes, apparently entered homes at Black Rock and Kew.
Judd posted, ‘Regarding the size of the machete, he made this statement at 5 a.m. this morning. Victorians are eagerly awaiting your intervention on this matter, @jacintaallanmp.’
In a second post Judd raised the incident at Kew in Melbourne’s east.
This morning in Kew, Judd penned that Victoria is currently under threat, yet our leaders seem to be idle about it.
As a lifestyle expert, I find myself deeply concerned about the escalating youth crime statistics in Victoria. In the recent 2023-2024 period, we’ve seen an alarming rise to 23,810 incidents, marking the highest level since 2009. This represents a significant increase of nearly 17 percent compared to the previous year. These numbers underscore the urgent need for proactive measures and community engagement to address this pressing issue and ensure a safer future for our youth.

As a committed observer, I can’t help but notice that a significant number of incidents such as home invasions, aggravated burglaries, vehicle thefts, assaults, street fights, and knife crimes take place on a daily basis here in Melbourne.
On February 11, five teenagers, one of them being a 13-year-old boy, were apprehended and accused of a series of incidents involving carjacking and burglaries that took place in the eastern part of Melbourne.
Three days ago, police identified a Range Rover Discovery that was suspected of being stolen from Elwood.
Around 11:15 pm, some young individuals are said to have taken cigarettes from a gas station. They abandoned their Range Rover shortly afterwards. Later, they reportedly took control of a Ford Focus by intimidating the driver with a knife at knifepoint, possibly stealing it.
The boys were each accused of various offenses including aggravated auto theft (carjacking), burglary with increased penalties, larceny (theft), and another instance of burglary.
Dr. Tim Watson-Munro, a forensic psychologist, expressed his opinion to the Daily Mail Australia that he believes there should be stricter bail regulations in Victoria, as he finds the current ones to be laughable or not serious enough.
Cruising along the Monash Freeway at 150 kilometers per hour, an individual was apprehended, released on bail, and appeared in court the following day for the same infraction,” Dr. Watson-Munro explained.
The authorities apprehended them, yet the perpetrators smirked, casually stating they would return the next day. Such audacity shows a blatant disregard for authority.
There’s a lot of concern over increased instances of violent break-ins. Parents, in particular, fear for the safety of their children who are out late, potentially becoming victims of assault or stabbing. Regrettably, such incidents can occur even during daytime hours.

Crime in Melbourne, once known for its livability, has escalated significantly, with incidents like carjackings, arson attacks, and unexpected knife assaults dominating the headlines of local news outlets.
In an unfortunate turn of events, these chilling tales often get overshadowed by the evening news headlines, tucked away as secondary pieces in a metropolis that seems desensitized to the relentless, thoughtless brutality that has become all too common.
In the background, angry Melburnians hit social media to vent about the state’s crime wave.
Beside being vocal about addressing Victoria’s escalating crime issue and reforming the lenient bail system, Bee has also been seen interacting with well-known conservative political figures in more recent times.
In February, she attended the LIV Golf tournament in Adelaide, socializing with Sam Groth, who is the deputy leader of the Liberal party in Victoria.
Also on hand for the fun was Groth’s wife Brittany and influencer Jessie Roberts.
