Beast Games Season 2 Episode 2 recap
The second episode of Beast Games Season 2 continued the competition from the previous one. Contestants faced a tough choice: take $100,000 and quit, or stay and compete for a grand prize of $5 million. Ten players chose the money and left, but their places were taken by returning competitors from Season 1.
Dino Viana, nicknamed Deano, was the first to take the place of a player from Beast Games Season 2. He famously declined a $1 million prize in Season 1. Following him was Gage Gallagher, who earned the nickname “Mr. Coin Flip” during the previous season.
Courtney Ferris, Akira Andrews, JC Gallego Lori, Karim Arafa, Jeremy T. Grant, and Mia Speight were also back to compete. Adding to the excitement, both the winner of Season 1, Jeff Allen, and the runner-up, Twana Barnett, returned as well.

Beast Games Season 2 Episode 2 results
This episode included four games, starting with a dodgeball competition featuring 18 players. The game was fast-paced, with teams changing and players getting eliminated if they were hit with a ball or touched the moving red line on the floor. Players also had just 10 seconds to throw their dodgeballs. In the end, only nine players advanced.
The next challenge was a balancing game where the 22 contestants from Beast Games Season 2 each added a rock to a scale and removed a pin. If the combined weight of the rocks tipped the scale and broke a heart-shaped weight, they were eliminated. The game continued until all the hearts were broken, leaving only 11 players to move on.
MrBeast noticed two distinct approaches developing among the contestants. The physically strong players were selecting rocks based on how heavy they were, while the two players who seemed to be thinking things through were focusing on where they placed their rocks.
Next up was a bluffing challenge, which was seriously intense. Twenty of us had a color secretly stuck to the back of our heads, and we each had just one minute to run into the circle that we thought matched our color. It quickly became a game of trying to read other players, mislead them about what my color was, and avoid getting tricked myself. It was tough, but only ten of us managed to successfully bluff our way through and make it to the next round!
The last challenge revolved around building with blocks. Forty players were divided into two teams, each with a captain selected for their strength and intelligence. High above, two flags were suspended, and each team had to build a tall, stable tower using blocks to reach and secure their flag. Players took turns collecting blocks one at a time. The game ended without a clear winner and continued in the next episode.
When does Beast Games Season 2 Episode 3 air?
The third episode is now streaming on Prime Video, as the season began with a three-episode premiere.
