On Tuesday night, Bear Grylls and his not often seen wife Shara left the Celebrity Bear Hunt Afterparty.

In her new role as a stay-at-home mom, the previous host of This Morning admitted that she found it difficult to spend the entire day at home without any conversation, yearning to chat with her children – Harry, 15, Chester, 10, and Belle, 13 – upon their return from school. However, they were often too tired.

She shared with The Sunday Times: “It’s been tough for everyone, as we’ve had to adapt to one another’s working styles once more, you understand?

To clarify, when I was spending a lot of time at home in the past, upon their arrival, I would often greet them with a question like, “So, what’s new?” due to my lack of interaction with others during the day.

Typically, I’m engrossed in work and completely drained, so when I ask my kids, “Hey, how was your day?”, they respond with a casual “Hey,” and that’s about it. But then, unexpectedly, I found myself saying, “So, what transpired today at school?” They replied, “Mum, even though you were home all day – we’ve been at school and are exhausted.

Holly shared that it was delightful for her to resume the school run duty again, a task likely making other parents envious, as she had often been excused from it during her early morning TV job commitments.

Additionally, she mentioned that she was able to attend numerous activities involving her children, whom she co-parents with her television producer spouse Dan Baldwin.
