BEAMS FUTURE ARCHIVE x Dickies Is Back And Bigger Than Ever

Instead of bootcut jeans, the latest trend is taking over: a new style has arrived, courtesy of BEAMS FUTURE ARCHIVE and Dickies in their fourth collaboration. This new collection boasts larger and looser fits compared to previous versions. In this round, Dickies has utilized the oversized aesthetic that’s synonymous with BEAMS FUTURE ARCHIVE to revamp their classic double-knee work pants.

The trend is shifting away from bootcut jeans towards a new style, which is the fourth collaboration between BEAMS FUTURE ARCHIVE and Dickies. This time around, they’ve made their double-knee work pants even larger and looser than before, using the oversized look that’s trademark to BEAMS FUTURE ARCHIVE.

Just like the “Baggy Shorts” that became popular last spring, these revamped double-knee trousers are pushing the boundaries of proportions to their limits. These work pants boast an exceptionally wide and ultra-low waistline. While the shorts had a three-quarter length inseam, these work pants extend towards the ground, making them ideal for tucking into boots or creating a frayed hem effect naturally.

This collaboration blends iconic Dickies features such as reinforced knees, expansive belt loops for a sturdy fit, and a distinctive emblem on the back of the patch pockets. The cotton twill trousers will come in several hues, including brown, beige, navy blue, black, and camouflage. The fabric has been stone-washed to give them an antique vibe and enhance their already casual, oversized style.

Starting March 7th, the large-scale dual-knee collaborative piece will only be found at the BEAMS Harajuku Annex store in Japan. At this time, it won’t be distributed internationally, so keep an eye on this space for any future announcements.
