BBC’s Who Do You Think You Are? confirms new-season line-up with A-list Hollywood actor

I’m pumped to share that “Who Do You Think You Are?” is back on BBC One, and this season boasts an impressive lineup, among them the talented Andrew Garfield! As a gamer, I can’t wait to dive into their family histories and uncover hidden truths about these stars.

The actor who played Spider-Man, most recently seen in the emotional film “We Live In Time”, is set to appear on a popular series where famous individuals embark on a quest to discover the hidden past of their family history.

Garfield is going to delve deeper into his family history, which will lead him on an emotionally intense journey spanning from pre-World War Poland, through the horrors of the Treblinka concentration camp under Nazi rule, all the way to the dazzling early days of Hollywood.

This Oscar-nominated actor shares the limelight during this season’s show. Diane Morgan, known for her role in Cunk on Earth, sets aside her historically puzzled character to explore her family heritage. She uncovers a tragic love tale and her ancestor’s brave struggle for the rights of their illegitimate offspring.

Legendary EastEnders star Ross Kemp takes on a new role in Casablanca, where he embarks on a journey to unravel a family secret. In the process, he discovers an astonishing fact: his fourth-times-great grandfather was a drummer boy during the Napoleonic wars.
