As a devoted fan, I can’t help but sing praises too! Matthew Barry, alongside Quay Street Productions (who previously worked their magic on Men Up), absolutely knocked it out of the park with The Guest. Not only that, but the incredible cast they assembled truly made this production a standout!
According to Nick Andrews, the commissioning chief at BBC Cymru Wales, “The Guest” is an exhilarating and nerve-wracking suspenseful drama that might have you jumping out of your seat and hiding behind the couch as you watch it.

John’s personal dilemma reaches a peak when he fails to intervene during a violent altercation in a playground. Consequently, he decides to relocate his family to the tranquil countryside of Coldwater, distancing himself as much as possible from London.
The Special Visitor makes its debut on BBC One at 9:00 PM on Monday, September 1st. Meanwhile, Coldwater will air on ITV this fall, though the exact release date has not been specified as of now.
