BBC Radio Merseyside star Jenny Collins has died.
Jenny was a beloved member in the Merseyside community after founding the radio show in 1967.
I’m absolutely heartbroken! Roger Lyon just posted on Facebook that Jenny Collins, one of the very first people at Radio Merseyside, has passed away. She was such a lovely woman, and I can’t believe she’s gone. It feels like losing a piece of the station’s history, and honestly, a little piece of my heart too. I used to listen to her all the time!
