Hit BBC period drama Poldark has marked a huge milestone with a new TV special.

A little over ten years ago, a television series debuted that features Aidan Turner in the lead role, modeled after the Winston Graham books. This show initially appeared on screens.

Last night, the broadcast commemorated the tenth anniversary of the show by airing the very first episode on BBC Four, preceded by an interview with the creator, Debbie Horsfield.
